They had an online "test" that you can take and they'll send you a list of stylist that matches your answers and personality type. Out of the 3 I got matched with I chose Jessica Maez. Jessica was very professional and very personable. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. And the best part was that she was really fast and my hair turned out great. I absolutely loved my experience, so much so that I decided to make my next appt before leaving the salon.

The MIDDLE pre-calculated gratuity was 28%. Does it say that it's 28%? No. Usually the pre-calculated amounts are 15% on the left, 18% in the middle, and 20% on the right or something similar. I would even accept 18% / 20% / 22%, but 28% as the middle?! That's crazy.

When I asked if someone else could take me, they said no one was available. I explained that this delay was costing me both time and money -- I had arranged and paid for a babysitter. Their only response was that there was a "miscommunication." No apology. No compensation. No effort to resolve the issue. I was simply told to either wait or leave. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They held no accountability and showed no respect for my time. If the situation were reversed, I would've been charged in full. She helped to get me extremely close to my natural color while giving me dimension and depth. The area for head lying down and washing/sink looks messy, unsure was not cleaned or just some scale-forming impurities that haven't been taken care after years. Then the haircut, feels like he's in a rush. I addressed just a little short for my front but turned out way too short. When I went back home noticed some missing spots on the two sides as well... For how much you pay for and how it turned out, it's a little disappointing. I guess it's common nowadays for paying high price and get an ok quality service. Just don't expect too much of it.
