Saying "sorry" multiple times does not fix the fact that your team was inconsiderate and dismissive. A sincere effort to fix the situation, not a passive apology. This salon charges clients 100% of the service fee if you're late or miss an appointment -- but when they're the ones causing the delay, they offer nothing in return. I had an appointment with Kaylin and arrived on time. At the front desk, I was told she was running over 30 minutes behind. No one contacted me beforehand. When I asked if someone else could take me, they said no one was available. I explained that this delay was costing me both time and money -- I had arranged and paid for a babysitter. Their only response was that there was a "miscommunication." No apology. No compensation. No effort to resolve the issue. I was simply told to either wait or leave. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They held no accountability and showed no respect for my time. If the situation were reversed, I would've been charged in full. Hairstylist was nice but I feel was not honest with what she was able to do and not do. I do have a lot of hair which I understand can be more challenging. But after the first visit which was 5 hours it did not look good. I had 2 "re do" visits after which still did not help me accomplish a good look. I am left with very bright blonde pieces, orangeish "money pieces" and brown. The owner was also very rude while simply trying to discuss with her what options I have after the first 2 visits didn't go well. Very sad I wasted $500, 9 hours of my time, the health of my hair and still need to get my hair properly colored. read more

I was excited to try this salon and I HATE leaving bad reviews but I'm pretty upset. After reading reviews it seemed promising. I'm giving 2 stars because the girl who cut my hair was lovely and the salon itself was very stylish and clean but I can't justify paying 65 dollars for a very uneven cut. I went in for a trim with layers. I thought that would be a safe bet since I was trying the salon for the first time. After she finished cutting I asked if she had done the layers. She said she did but I don't think she used the sheers to thin out the layers so it gave a very chunky /uneven look to the bottom of my hair. I've been getting layers for years and I know If you don't use the sheers they end up looking bad. I should've paid more attention that's on me.. It looked nice curled but after washing and straightening last night, my husband pointed out how uneven it looked. I asked to take a photo and I was horrified. Ended up cancelling our dinner plans because I was really upset. I am going to find another salon to even it out. I realized now that all of the reviews were for color so maybe cuts aren't their strong suit. Either way, I really wanted to like it here but now I need to look for a new salon yet again. read more

After my last stylist was booked out 8 weeks when we had to cancel due to weather, I knew I needed to try a new stylist. I was able to book an appointment with District Hair Co. the same week. I loved that the prices were clearly labeled and there were no surprises when I went to check out. My hair looks AMAZING, as Gisel did an amazing job. She did not pressure me to do something I didn't want to do or try to upsell me. I absolutely will be going back! The reason I give 4 stars is because I wish I had better recommendations on heat protectant for hot styling tools. A protectant I put on damp hair will be great for blow drying, but going a few days between washes for the health of my scalp and hair, that protectant will be well gone by the 2nd or 3rd day when I touch-up with a hot styling tool, but that was all that was recommended to me. read more

Treat is a very nice salon, it's newly remodeled with 4x salon chairs and they do have a an area in the back for facials. Jessica Maez was my hair dresser and I absolutely felt comfortable with her! It's always awkward at first meeting a new person, and especially when they are cutting your hair. It didn't feel that way with Jessica. Easy conversation, she was helpful in answering all my questions, and I really appreciate the suggestions she made for my hair. The prices were normal $45 for a wash, cut, blow dry & style.
