They should've said they were between Benson and Mountain Avenue on Holt Blvd in Ontario. Spanish speakers should discipline themselves to avoid speaking "Spanglish" even though the demographic here is mostly Hispanic, but not all Hispanics speak Spanish and some don't know English. There is a slight safety issue: floor dips down unexpectedly and can cause a trip and fall. A good remedy would be to use black/yellow tape and have students say, "Watch your step." The student who offered me water while I waited showed initiative and hospitality. I was originally ignored for a long time when I first walked in, including the instructor and almost walked out. I understand they were in a meeting but needed to appoint someone to watch the door or for the instructor to say, "One of us will be able to assist you in a few moments (or offer a time to return). She was the only one facing the door, so the group may have not known I was there. But the instructor did apologize after the meeting concluded, so I forgave them about that and a gentlemanly student DID offer me water & student named Ibrahim, who quickly greeted me when he came in.That also helped me consider staying.1st impressions are very important. the instructor since very focused on their presentation (smock being zipped or buttoned) & technique. Please work on showing professionalism and courtesy because even if looking professional, acting professionally is just as important. I still recommended this place to others but hope they work on these weaknesses to grow their business.
