Just a simple nail shop, 2 pedicure chairs and 1 child sized pedicure chair. 3 nail stations, 3 women working. The AC wasn't on and it was pretty warm. Overall appearance. It seemed like it could use a scrubbing. If I was a germaphobe...I would have turned around and left. The polish selection seemed legit, I brought my own just in case. No frills!!!! ... no little toaster oven sterilizing the tools, no pedicure tub liners, no bowls to soak my fingers in hot soapy water so my cuticles get soft. They did seem to have a supercharged acetone to remove my gel polish and the little foil wrap... I always hate that part and it was was pretty speedy. Manicure: Cuticle oil, cuticles clipped, a warm washcloth, some lotion, along with a 30 second hand massage. All prior to my polish, good enough paint job. The drying station was pathetic. Black lights that are all burned out and a weak fan. I left and used my a/c in the car instead. It is 1.5 hours later and my nails are chip free! Overall looks good. Price $15. will I go back? Meh..in a pinch sure! Was I impressed? Not really. Not a bad place. There are so many options when it comes to nail shops. I prefer a more luxurious and relaxing experience.

I got so tired of going to the local hood spots for quick jobs that are noisey and messy and I end…read moreup leaving annoyed with a headache instead of relaxed and not feeling like I love my nails; so I decided to find a new place where It was quiet, clean and the attention to detail was evident.. I searched on Yelp, read the reviews and found this nail salon on a Sunday afternoon. And I am So Happy I did. This is what I call a "Bougie Salon" and I Love It! It brings out the Bougie in me! It's like how you feel when you go to France and speak to the natives in English, lol It was quiet, super clean and My Nails Look Flawless!! They are a bit more pricey by about $5-7 dollars more on services but the results made it worth it. I would have given 5 Stars but I took one off because Sara(h) wasn't the friendliest nail tech at all (she didn't offer suggestions on color, was somewhat short in conversation like she couldn't be bothered and didn't even look up to say thank you to accept my tip that I was handing her while she was doing someone else's nails which was somewhat rude). That part was too bad because I am an Excellent Tipper so she definitely lost points on the friendly customer service factor. But she knew what she was doing with my nails so I just put my headphones on and enjoyed my music to let her do her thing and I just zoned her out completely! All in all I will try this spot for a minute to determine their consistency and just remember to bring my headphones!

first time shame on them second time shame on us because I had no idea that this could happen again…read more... We returned to this salon after a previous injury because they offered us complimentary manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately, returning was a mistake. During my husband's pedicure, the technician was talking instead of paying attention and scrubbed his foot down to raw skin, causing an infection. The salon initially offered both of us complimentary manicures and pedicures and agreed to refund the service that caused his injury. When I later stopped in to use my complimentary service, they went back on their original offer and said it applied only to my husband. However, he is so stressed and shaken by what happened that he has been unable to get another pedicure. He asked me to use the complimentary service instead, but the salon refused. We have decided not to return. This business did not honor the resolution it offered after injury, and the lack of attention from its techs is a serious concern. What happened to us could happen to anyone.

There isn't a shortage of nail salons. What makes a salon stand out is their service, consistency,…read moreand reasonable pricing. I've been coming to Elite Nails for over 5 years for these exact reasons. It's located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking in a lot. The salon is small and a little outdated. It could use a paint job and new flooring, but at least it's not unsanitary. There's around 6 pedicure chairs and 6 manicure stations. If you want a luxurious ambiance, this isn't the place for you. Their prices are very fair and lower compared to other salons in the area. I always get a gel manicure ($35) and regular pedicure ($23). There's plenty of nail colors and brands to choose from. Just a heads up, they don't do acrylics or very intricate designs. I always call to make my appointment and the owner, Joanna, is very accommodating. She's squeezed me in last minute with no issues. I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! I'm not as picky with my toes, so I'm happy with any tech doing my pedicure. The ladies are really sweet and make my feet look ~pretty~ The quality of their nail products are great. My polish lasts for a looooooong time and doesn't chip or lift. They even have a rewards system. Gain points for every $ spent and you get free services. Looking forward to my next appointment!
