They do not have Master cutters here. Don't let them tell you any different. Can't cut a current Fringe. Pictures do not help. They are disregarded. My teenage daughter cut my fringe and did a great job. I wanted a simple curtain bang but didn't it here. One would think they would know how to do that. As far as texturizing or any kind of detail in your cut ? Forget it! The photos you see online are from hair shows they are the cream of the crop. Without those details you're cut won't have the same look. I should mention I have thick wavy hair. I always find photos of someone with my hair texture but it just doesn't seem to help in the last few years. read more

Let me start by saying the young lady who did my hair was absolutely kind and nice! It took me a few days to post this but feel I have to with no returned phone calls. I left a message with a woman at the salon and filled out a contact us form online! I made appt online super easy same day! Convenient ty! I walk in and wait about 15 minutes as I was early! The lead in the first chair was going to do my hair. (I forget her name) She had a friend walk in with no appt about 15 minutes after me. She said I'll just take you and move that girl no worries. I can hear you! Again no big deal! I was going on vaca and needed my hair done so thank you for squeezing me in was my mentality! I go back with the young lady and she's sweet as pie. I watch Netflix (kids at home) don't have much time to myself! I explained to her what I like don't like etc. everything was super great. Time went on and on and on... going on 5 hours I was getting antsy! It never takes me 5 hours with above the bra strap length hair for full highlights! I begin to see her mix again after wash! Touch up some spots... again thank god they squeezed me in! When she started to blow dry I noticed the cheetah spots which I don't love although some may! I had hard bleach lines front and center. She begins to explain how weird it is because the foils were right and when you separate the hair like this you can't see it. Again my thank you for fitting me in attitude stated to diminish ! I said I just don't know that I can leave like this. I begin to pick through my hair and find giant bleach spots and other side decent highlights. Spots here and there then decent highlights. I can tell she knew she had spots and attempted to fix but it was very very recognizable ! Having your hair done and spending over $200 is a luxury! The economy we are in now does not allow me to flush 5 hours and over $200 down the drain for a service that is not a need but a want! The mentality was to justify the mistakes instead of offering to fix it right away! I had to demand I couldn't leave the salon in this condition. I explained she was so kind and nice and I just did not like the color at all! I was orange. I had spots. I had weird bleach lines! The work was messy! My attitude shifted to wait a second... I was blown off by the person supposed to do my hair given to someone last minute to help her friend with no appt. Over 5 hours ... to hey this is not the best feeling!! The terrible thing is this is not the first cheetah experience hair cuttery has provided! Hair cuttery is close by and reasonable on price and I keep going back! This visit was the last visit back. I did visit a color specialist after returning 4 days later from vaca and it will cost me $325 to fix and color correct. I have no over the counter dye in my hair I am a salon girly! The fact I have to have color correction done to even out the mess on top of re bleach to even it out ..get more highlights and tone because how orange I am is just not worth the cost that I paid here! Not to mention will likely ruin my hair! My thank god they squeezed me in attitude is now what a mess I have to clean up! I work in retail I'm customer facing and my appearance is important to me not to mention my own self confidence! I am so disappointed! I ended up leaving and not allowing them to continue to play around with the cheetah spots and advised I will return when I am a little more calm as I was in tears. As I got up and took off the cape I had bleach all over my pants and sweat shirt as I showed the team lead. This cost me time I can not get back, money on this visit plus a future visit to a professional to fix as this was not professional in my opinion! And to top it off $ 80 for the outfit I had on my back covered in bleach ! Fool me once shame on me fool me twice shame on you! I am a customer who will not return! Just got my sons hair cut by Devon. Terrible service!! When she finished his cut, I checked it and the back of his neck was all scrapped/cut by the razor. There was even a little blood!! She said she didn't do it and her razor doesn't cut so he must have done it on his own. He's 10. There were no marks on his neck prior to going to Hair Cuttery. I called to speak with manager and she was the manager. Smh. Never going there again. Sending these pictures to corporate, maybe they'll help! read more

Came in for a hair cut 20 minutes before closing time and was turned down because they were already closing out the cash drawer.

Asked for highlights and this is what I got a blotchy uneven, unblended mess. Would not recommend going there at all, my stylist was the worst but all the other people that were also getting their hair done did not look great either. I should have looked at the reviews first. The WORST place possible to get your kids hair cut. You absolutely get what you pay for. This must be a salon where you practice on real people before you become any good. My kids hair has long pieces in the back and chopped hair on the top. I have to wait until it grows out to have the top fixed unless I want him to have a buzz cut. I just can't get over it! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have tried this place a few times thinking I just had a bad person each time. I'ts just bad. Recently I went for a wash and cut. I said I wanted the hair on the sides of my face angled and my hair straight in the back but trim the dead ends. What did I get? The hAir on the sides of my face are straight and the back of my head was layered. I also said I wanted to keep my hair shoulder length. It's about 2 inches above my shoulders. I will NEVER again go to Hair Cuttery. My hair was butchered. It looks awful. It will take about 2 months to grow enough to have it styled by a professional. read more

I am mortified about my experience. My mother and I scheduled appointments for Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 10 am. We get to the place and staff greeted us outside very nicely. My mother had Devon and overall she was somewhat satisfied. She got layers, but the front of her hair was extremely crooked and wasn't even what so ever. My mother was very upset about this when she came home. Myself had Bandana. I tell her, "Only an inch off." Bandana than cuts my hair to my shoulders without asking if the length was okay or not. She took off about 5 or 6 inches. Absolutely unacceptable. On the other hand, she TELLS me that we are washing my hair. I did not necessarily want my hair washed in the first place. Shouldn't A hairdresser ask the client if they would like their hair washed? I walked out disgusted. My mother payed $20.00 per haircut, and left $6.00 each in tips. (Came to about over $50.00 for butchered haircuts.) I will NEVER step a foot into that salon again. I cried for 2 days straight because I hated the way i looked. Not a terrible place to go to. But some stylist are definitely better than others. Regardless where I've gone to get my hair done, I NEVER leave with what I asked for. So when I come here I typically only get my dead ends trimmed off and go home and style the way I like. For $25 dollars you can't beat it. read more

I brought my 11 year old daughter here for a wash, trim and blow dry. Thinking it shouldn't be a big deal since she only wanted an inch off the bottom. The woman that cut her hair was very rough with her. The second we walked out she burst into tears. She was embarrassed to say something while in the chair and did not want me to walk back in and bring this up to the stylist because she was so upset. She asked me to never bring her back again. She had an inch trimmed off the bottom so I basically paid $36 to have my daughter's hair pulled and yanked. I will never go back. read more
