I have been going to this so called Salon for about 3 months. My stylist was Meg O. On Thursday I called to make an appointment for Saturday at 4 p.m. for a color, highlite and cut. (don't know who I talked to but specified Meg O. because she did a great job and she had a really nice personality. When I got there today I said that I have an appointment with Meg O, The girl told me that Meg O was no longer there and that the last time I had anything done I didn't have Meg O and she pointed to a women that was fair skinned, blonde hair and 50 lbs lighter. Well, I went for my 4:00 PM hair appointment at the Lawrence Park location that was CONFIRMED and I was told that not only did they over book but the person who I had my CONFIRMED appointment with did not work at the location any more. Worst highlight ever. They made me sign something when I came in. When I came home and realized how uneven and orange my hair was, they told me I had to pay for a correction because I signed something. They would not schedule me until 3 days later and told me I had to pay because the color is not a guarantee. Hair came out orange and very very uneven. The stylist was rushed and unpleasant and kept hurting my hair. She also was recently exposed to Covid and it was questionable if she should have been working. I am so unhappy and spent almost $200. I was getting my roots done here. Last month I asked for the color to be run through my ends. I had no idea Black was one of the hair colors used in my hair. It wasn't communicated to me by the stylist I had been seeing. I was only seeing one girl to do my hair at Lawrence Park. I went to another Hair Cuttery in Newtown Square this morning. Today I started the highlighting process it took 4 hours to break up the black and this is going to be a 3 month process Here's some advice for you tell your customers what the colors are your using in fact write them down so, when you ruin their hair. as soon as i arrived, nobody in the salon greeted me. horrible customer service, and someone walked in after me and made a comment about it also. i selected what service i had wanted done on the screen which was $70, when my hairdresser checked me out it was over $100!! WTF?! i could've went to a high end salon for that price!! i specially went here not to pay as much..i went in here to get my hair dyed from blonde back to my natural dark brown hair. i showed the hairdresser numerous photos of my dark brown hair for reference. she ended up giving me BLACK, after i had told her numerous times i wanted dark brown. i am so unhappy with my hair color and "trim" i will absolutely never be back!! stay away read more
