I'm a brunette and I had grown out blond highlights (you can clearly see the line b/w my grown out hair and bleached highlights) and wanted a balayage with roots left my natural color. She put a high lift highlights only on the top of my hair and sides which wasn't nearly the intensity it should've been, and the bottom layers of my hair were left untouched. The difference between my blond and natural hair wasn't blended at all. All these highlights also go from half an inch off my roots. Not only did I not get a balayage, but I got partial highlights that are not even that prominent. Also, I was done in 75 minutes and the next two clients came in about 10 minutes before I was done (so she didn't even think this would take 2 hours). I guess if you buy a Groupon for this place you get the service equal to how much you paid for it, not what the value of Groupon was.
