I've been here several times now. It really depends which stylist you see. Their website says single color is either all over color, or a root touch up. I thought I'd be receiving an all over color as I did the last time I booked this service. Apparently, it's only root touch up so now I'm walking around with slightly two toned hair and hoping it fades to the same shade quickly. Guess I won't be wearing my hair up for a while as it's more noticeable that way. One time I asked for layers and left with a nasty shelf. Neither were noticeable with the blowout until I got home and looked closer. The two toned hair thankfully isn't too obvious as long as I leave my hair down, but I can't help but feel I got ripped off. BTW both of these mess ups happened with the same stylist. At least they fixed the shelf. But it appears I'm stuck with this, thankfully it isn't too drastic, but I know it's there so it's bother me. Kind of like how to everyone else that zit on your face is super tiny and barely noticable, but as far as you're concerned it's the biggest, reddest nastiest pimple in the world. You're sure it's the first thing people will notice, so it bugs you. Of course, I've also walked out looking great. But for what they're charging, I'd expect more consistent services and a more accurate website description of their services. Not sure I'll be coming back anytime soon. I used to come to this establishment for all of my haircuts until one day I became a test subject for a new stylist. The new stylist butchered my hair and another stylist had to step in and fix it. After this incident, I stopped coming here for many years. A few months ago, I decided to give Hair Cuttery another chance. Everything was fine until today, when I became a test subject yet again. As soon as I sat in the chair I could tell the stylist was inexperienced. When she started making mistakes that I could point out, I asked her if she had done this before. She said wasn't done yet. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and watched the train wreck unfold before my eyes. When she asked if I wanted any product in my hair, I loudly pointed out her mistakes again and a senior stylist asked another stylist to come over and fix the mistake. Lucky for me I wear my hair pretty short, so the cut was salvageable. I do not enjoy the suspense of whether I'm going to have to buzz my head or not due to an inexperienced stylist. I do not enjoy the surprise of being an unwilling test subject. I will not be back to any Hair Cuttery establishment. Ever. read more

I have been to salons, many high end, all over the country, as I travel for work and I must say that JOHNNY nailed my haircut! I just got off a plane and had a meeting the following day so needed a trim desperately as my hair got away from me and was starting to look a little like a little bit of a mullet! Johnny really knew what he was doing and understood my vision then executed it flawlessly. He was great to talk to as well and felt like a long lost friend. I will never refer another client to this place. Brought my son in law in for a basic beard trim and clean up. Took over ab hour for the stylist to do. Obviously she is new. I tried to assist her. You would think the manager would step in to assist the stylist. They just ignored the fact she was struggling when she ask for help. Last time going to this place. read more

They up charge if you have long hair.....And don't even tell you they charge more if you have long hair until you see the bill. It's their job to cut hair. Long ,short ,curly or straight. NOBODY has ever up charged me because of the length of my hair. Go somewhere else is my advice to you. read more

I occasionally have my hair cut here as does my mother. The best thing to do if you are really busy is to gave an appointment as this location is often quite busy. We had a great stylist that gave both of us some of the best hair cuts we have ever received in this area as well as more rural areas. Unfortunately, she is no longer employed. Finding someone else here to do as good of a job for either of us has been difficult, so we have tried other salons. The employees are nice and the price is average for the service. read more

I used to go here all the time and normally they do a good job but this time the lady was so rude and messed up my hair so bad it is uneven and choppy looking. It looked like a 5 year old cut my hair. Thank god im getting it fix by salon David Anthony they have never let me down. read more

I gave this place one star because it made me rate with a star. It doesn't even deserve one. I moved to this area and didn't know anyone and needed to get my hair done. I saw Hair Cuttery one day and went there to get highlights, haircut and my eyebrows waxed. My hair is very light naturally and I made sure and specified I just wanted a touch up to the color my hair already was. So just a a full highlight all over. I even showed a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair done. After everything and she started drying my hair, I thought my hair looked odd but I wanted to wait until she was completely done before I said anything. After it was all dry and she was finished I looked in the mirror and my hair was YELLOW. On top of that, my eyebrows were uneven and my left eyebrow was half gone. I have never been so mortified in my life. I went there to let "professionals" do my hair, paid $130 and walked away with yellow hair and my eyebrows uneven and half missing. NEVER trust these people with your hair as they obviously don't know what they are doing and don't care if they mess up your hair. And, They never offered to fix my hair after they messed it up horribly. Don't waste your time or money at this place. read more
