At my most recent appointment, I made repeat comments along the lines of "im just looking for a trim to clean it up while i'm letting it grow out" and the stylist chopped off most of my curls in a weird way making it hard to style and losing my progress. At a salon of this price point how often to I have to say "when" as they're cutting and clipping away? Also agree w recent post, styling products were Walmart quality. I asked for a (very) low fade with a reference and a picture, and I walked out with a clear high fade (if it can even be called a fade) in a way that I can't honestly understand. Reference picture and result, both of myself, are attached below. I voiced my concerns to her immediately at the moment and just like my haircut, she also ignored that and basically told me that it doesn't look too bad and it is what it is. I paid the nearly $70 for this. The owner tried to be helpful after I left and told me she would offer a refund through the phone. That was 4 whole months ago, and she still has not followed through to add more insult to injury and frustration. I absolute hate writing a bad review for any business, but this is just ridiculous.

She didn't go crazy trying to sell product or anything and I appreciated that (although I did learn about something that I didn't know!). The schedule is a bit limited but it's worth the effort.
