I've heard great things so I was excited for the day of my appointment. The parking lot is small but it has plenty of parking so no need to worry there. Joy greeted me as soon as I walked in. I tried to explain what I wanted my hair to look like, a task that's harder then you would think. She got it and OMG did my hair look amazing. She was super friendly and I'm not normally a talker when I get my hair done but she successfully broke me out of my shell within a few minutes. It was a very pleasant experience and very affordable too. Kiersten is an excellent hair dresser as well. I've never left this salon without feeling like a million bucks after! It's a clean salon with a subtle alternative vibe that caters to all kinds of personalities. If anyone asks for suggestions on where to get their hair done I always suggest rock, paper, scissors without a doubt. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

A little disappointed is an understatement. I neglected 6 red flags. I reached out to the salon with my concern. Although they stated they could get me another consultation with a different stylist, I declined because Becca was already a level 6. I was disappointed that they didn't even offer a reimbursement or even a partial reimbursement. I will not use this salon again and recommend researching all stylists at this location before booking an appointment. Below is the requested hair style, and the results received. At a level 6 stylist, you would believe that Becca would have said she could not achieve the results requested.

I was required to return to Grace Kelly Salon, Gettysburg, Pa for them to correct cut which I chose not to return. Katelynn double booked and tried to do two clients at the same time. This was the second time Katelynn did not provide a service for which I had an appointment!! A womens cut is $50, which is average, but I had to get my hair redone at another salon for another $50 so that was an expensive haircut. I had fairly long hair but not anymore!!! Most of my hair had to be trimmed up to a shorter length to even out layers. There was as much as 1 to 2 inches difference within chopped none conforming layer lengths. I had a area where it could not be correctly layered out. My bang was layered without any sort of style. She thinned out my long length to thin unhealthy look. I highly recommend you totally stay away from this salon!!

We called Tyler and he was super accommodating! He bumped up her appointment by a few days AND was able to get me in too. He is so much fun, easy to talk to, and oh so talented. I was unsure about having someone do my hair because I always go with fun colors and my mom has pretty easy hair to maintain as she keeps her natural color, but I am so glad I took her advice. Tyler took his time and clearly really cares about his clients. The salon itself has a fun environment in a reconverted house type building in beautiful downtown Westminster. The person who wrote negatively about her couldn't be any more wrong. And though she does have an E-cigg she does NOT smoke it near customers, not even in the same room. Also Kasey once offered to fix something I didn't like for free, so I guarantee you will always leave there happy. Mandi does a wonderful job on styles as well. All these ladies have skills! Also got a manicure by Ashley, and it was just adorable with multiple accent nails and custom designs. I messed it up by mistake and she fixed it without complaint. She even told me what to do at home to upkeep it and keep it lasting longer. Regrettably, that I have not tried getting a massage here, but I really want one soon.
