Went in to get my boyfriend a haircut for my birthday, I gave very clear instructions and even reference pics. I told her to do short layers in the back just like the picture I showed her, to buzz an inch above his ear and to keep the top and front medium length and layer it. the young girl with red hair absolutely destroyed his hair, she buzzed the back all the way to the crown of his head and another stylist had to step in to fix it as best as she could with what little hair was left but we ended up having to keep the top of his hair much longer than desired just to cover the mess this girl made. The only reason I'm not rating lower for this experience is because not only did the other stylist step in and fix the mess as best she could but also didn't make us pay. I've otherwise had such great experiences here but that young woman needs much more training before they put her back out on the floor again. read more

I thought I purchased a $28 service. Ended up being $36.80! The ladies took a bit trying to figure out how to apply my 15% discount. When they did, I was only given a discount off the $28, not the additional $13 for long hair. (My hair was longer than my shoulders, but very thin.) Well, this sucks to write. I went in to get my hair dyed black for my sisters wedding at 2:15PM today. One color. The ladies were all super nice and went about thing professionally, but this color job is absolutely terrible. It is now 4:38PM (the same day). Please don't waste your money, especially if you're going from blonde to black like me. A simple job costed me so many tears. $107 wasted. I have tried a few different places around town looking for a regular place to get my pixie cut and I've had 2 different stylists here and they were both fantastic. I did a wash and cut and was in and out super fast! The atmosphere is fun, but professional. The first time had some playful banter between everyone, today was more of a family feel. Both are comfortable. My cut was even and done exactly like I wanted- and I am horrible at hair cuttery verbiage, seriously, I can't seem to remember how the professionals describe what I want! I can fuss a bit about strangers being inside my bubble- anxious a bit, but I felt at ease thanks to Teresa. I will be sure to be back! After my 3yo's trusted hair stylist moved... I was nervous to take him for a hair cut. He has wavy/curly hair, so I didn't want the standard lil boy cut. We just kinda drove to the closest place and crossed our fingers. We had about a 40 min wait at 5:45 on a Tues. no biggy. Donna took my son to her chair asked me the usual questions and got to work. She's not very talkative other than the questions, which is fine by me. She handled my son firm, but not mean. She went a little shorter than I wanted..... however.... I'm in LOVE with his cut!!
