She had been there last year and was treated well. This year she had a similar experience and the result was nice, but when the "technician" was DONE she announced the price was $278! No warning or fair mention of the price increase. To make matters even worse the technician dripped permanent dye on my wife's Lands End white blouse! Large blotches of dark dye on the collar and on her sleeve without telling her she did it. My wife noticed it at the front desk and they SAID NOTHING. When she got home she noticed even more stains. This was a perfectly white garment. In my opinion, who thinks so highly of themselves that they can charge this much for what they do, especially without the courtesy of a mention of the additional cost? In addition, then spill chemicals on someone without saying they are sorry or offering compensation?? My wife and I feel like she was emotionally mugged. SHAME SHAME and nevermore!!
