Paid, $650 for full highlight, 1 row install of bead extension (I supplied my own hair - they use Belliami hair which is awful hair - dont be sold on that crap). I walked in platinum blonde, with 10 weeks root growout, wanting to add dimension, blend extention hair and address under processed areas from previous stylist. Simple, nothing uncommon. 6+ hours later, I end up with a blended ashy dull blonde, dark unfoiled spots and extensions sewn in lopsided - opposite of what I requested or paid for. Reached out to request fix and given the run-around and told it would be an additional $175 to add additional highlights for dimenion and the unfoiled dark areas which a full foil of $385 should have acheived at inital time of service, not to mention the multible toners used. What I requested never changed from in-person consult, from shared pictures and day of service. My hair was healthy and hadnt been processed in 10 weeks, I was already very blonde (the hard part was already done) and during the appointment they tell you, you need metal detox, and k18 treatments for chemical services however when requested a fix a few days later Im told they didnt want to compromise the hair and that we will work up too my desired look but if Im willing to pay an additional $175 - we can schedule you this week- total foolishness. Who pays $650 with the intention of working towards something when I walked in 80% already there. You pay for time not services, and its a money grab. Morgan was pleasant however the poor customer service, pushback to correct and request to pay more are unprofessional practices. Save yourself the headache and your money - this salon is exteremly overpriced for amateur expertise. Total money grab and no recoarse. I dont want a salon credit, I requested a fix and that wasnt doable without paying more so how about a refund. I will post

She didn't even let my feet soak for more than a few minutes, didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails in or if I wanted them cut, she barely filed them, it was a mad rush. They even rushed me to pick a color. It was so bizarre! The woman who was at the door was snippy, pushy and even tried to tell me what color to get-unbelievable! Terrible Presentation: When I walked to the back where the pedicure chairs are, I immediately saw junk on the floor, boxes-some opened, some unopened. And boy was I sorry when I had to use the bathroom which they also use as a storage closet-it had more dusty boxes, junk, vacuum cleaners, etc. I'm sorry that I spent any of what was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon in this place. My normal spot is closed on Sundays ( I didn't know I usually go during the week). So I read some reviews and by the time I was on my 4th salon, I finally found one that was open. I called soon after they opened, told them I needed a mani, pedi- for my wedding. Told the guy working on my pedicure a few times it was for my wedding. Let's start with the good. They have TONS of colors. Although not all of the colors are sampled.. so you really have to go with the color on the bottle and hope that's the actual color you want. Also I was offered a drink (water, soda, or wine) I choose wine, which was a sweet white. Now for the bad. My appointment started about 15 mins late, slightly annoying but not that big of a deal. The water started an ok temperature but I was left sitting for so long it was cold by the time my pedicure got started. Then the guy literally scrubbed my skin right off.. on the side of my foot where I don't have ANYtype of callus (see picture) he also did that to the bottle of one of my toes. Then there is a toe that isn't glossy and looks faded. So we move up to get my nails done. I really wish I had a picture of what he originally did. I showed him a picture and said I wanted my nails to look exactly like the picture. Size, shape, color.. everything. So he starts to shape my nails.. now mind you I have very short natural nails.. and none are really the same length. So he's shaping them and I remind him that I want them to look just like the picture. The length too. Then he said "oh that needs tip" I said that's fine. Then he got up walked to another nail tech and then they both turn to me. The other ones waves me over.. so I get up and go to his station. I show him my picture and he says " oh I thought you wanted a manicure". I said I guess I didn't know what it was called but that I wanted my nails to look just like the picture. Then he did my nails in like 15 mins. The sloppiest I've ever gotten them done. They are a consistent shape, they are alllll too long and much longer then the image and not the same color I showed- these have like a hot pink hue I wanted like a baby blue (see image) At this point I had been at the nail salon for over 2 hours and really wasn't happy with any of the work. Then I found out that my total was $150. Never got a breakdown. Oh and did I mention they also made me bleed in 3 places of my cuticles. I can't believe these will be the nails I have for my wedding. I can only hope I save someone else from spending their money here.
