Although the stylist, level 3, was not fit for her level. I mentioned to her that i wanted layers, and she first said that she will cut layers after styling. That is the first i am hearing. Then she changed her mind and did layers right after the cut, very rushed. Then with styling, i had asked for outward curls, whereas she did inwards. As i pointed tthat her technique was not wrong, she mentioned that it was my hair that was a problem. My teen-age son who never paid attention to my hair today asked me what was wrong with my hair. There you go! LOL (2 stars are for the friendly front desk staff and shampoo lady.)

You would think an Owner would want to at least attempt to build a relationship of some type; or just be kind. One more note, while my hair was fine (not horrible), not one person could tell I had anything done, after almost 4 hours there and over $400 for a cut, single process and highlights.

Besides the fact that my scalp was painful when she was done for days, actually scabbed. The treatment didn't last past the NEXT WASH. Sure it looked great when I left after they flat ironed it. So others will be saved from wasting money at the ULTA salon.
