When it was time to pay, I presented a coupon that was sent via email - Lucky Savings 15% off - M - TH | 3/17 3/26 Use code: V107 with voucher code BROW000589930 I was told the coupon can not be used. The restrictions information on it had nothing that would apply to this that prevents it from being used. Also, to my surprise, the charge for the haircut was $32.00 That is way more expensive than I was expecting, and at other places it's cheaper. You also do not have prices posted at the store, which makes it deceiving and not good business practices. Very unhappy with this. read more

This place is way over priced charged me almost 50 dollars for a hair cut and blowdry and then charded me almost 30 just to put a sealant on my hair for 5 minutes. I ended up paying 170 dollars for a regualr haircut and blowdry a sealant for 5 minutes and i purchased some shampoo and conditioner. doesnt seem like she barely even put anything in my hair. Maybe a drop of product. Definately not worth 170 dollars. read more

Made an appointment for 545 today. Well after 6 while I'm still waiting, this guy just walks in without an appointment but somehow gets right in for a hair cut. Guess making an appointment doesn't mean much. (No I didn't request a specific stylist). I should have just walked out but I don't have time later to get a haircut. So I tell the hairstylist I want a trim. He starts cutting , never asks how I like the back cut or the sides So the back and sides were too long. He did cut them shorter but I was already so irritated That I just said it was fine paid my bill and left. I went to the Hair cuttery and saw alicia about 3 times in the spring and summer and she did a fantastic job, while she was out on leave, I had Nicole cut my hair, it was a fairly good hair cut, but she totally cut it WAY too short, and one side was uneven, then I let my hair grow in and I went back to Alicia who totally was off her game and 100% f....cked my hair up, she wacked it off, and she cut it very short in the back and it is almost 2 months since I went, on Oct 24, 2023, it is still so short and super ugly. I realize this salon caters to a group of retirees, but I am not a retiree, and I need to look professional and feminine, I look like a dyke. I didn't let it bother me too much because I was busy, but now, after 2 months, I am still very, very upset, and I thought I would give Alicia another chance, but I think I will not go to that salon anymore, because after getting scalped, beyond belief 2 x in a row, I am done. read more

I moved to the area this summer I got a haircut from someone a friend recommended and she butchered my hair. It took months for my hair to grow and when it did i was so afraid to go anywhere that I started to cut my own hair. Later I was so desperate to get it professionally done that I just happen to be in Ocala and walked into this place and met with Lorie. I explained what happened she was so patient and helpful. Online Check In means nothing if you're 2 Minutes Late. Really wanted this to work out - it's close to my home, open extended hours, and love the fact that you can check in online and not have to wait in the salon... EXCEPT... that's not how it played out for me. Now, granted, I arrived TWO MINUTES after my online time... only to find "all" the stylists were busy and they wouldn't be able to take me for at least 20 minutes. I'm not sure how many stylists they had scheduled, but I only saw two - one was partially obstructed in the back so I have no idea what she was doing; and the other (who told me I'd have to wait) had just begun talking with someone about what she wanted (I can't help but wonder if that person had been waiting or was a walk-in that was taken before an online check in). I'm sorry that I'm not a patient person, but that's just who I am - what is the point of being able to check in online if you're still going to be asked to wait for others to be served ahead of you when you get there? This same thing happened to me a year ago and I found another hairdresser, but it's Sunday and I can't just walk down the strip mall and go to the higher dollar salon again. So sorry my stylist is no longer at that establishment and I have to go looking again. :-( read more
