Taylor was great I booked an consultation for KTip extensions since I just relocated to Florida I received alert through out the weekend asking to confirm my appointment. I did. I received a call this morning that Jackie was the only one at the salon that could do KTip and asked if I could come in at 230 instead of my 10am appt . I explained that it would be inconvenient but that would be ok . after being left on hold for approximately 5 min they said to just come in at my scheduled appointment and that Jackie would be available after by blowout . Taylor and Jackie ended their appointmenta at the exact time . Taylor went to ask Jackie to do the consultation Jackie said I would have to wait until she was done applying color on her next client. I said that wouldn't be ok and made an appointment with Taylor to do a different kind of extension as I would never do business with an unprofessional stylist who was meeting a new client for the first time . very unprofessional read more

I waited a few days to see how my hair settled in before posting to make sure the review was accurate. Was expecting more for a level 3 stylist. My hair is still feeling heavy after saying several times my hair wasn't holding curl. And still isn't holding curls (not due to humidity). I told her ahead of time my hair was hard to cut during the consultation, but she assured me she could handle it. Near the end of the process when I needed a few areas fixed she asked me how fast does my hair grow back? I don't want it any shorter, so lesson learned. Paying more doesn't always mean a better cut. $67 plus a $12 tip (which of course is expected) and now I need to buy hair products I normally don't use for the next few weeks. Ugh. Just my opinion and will not be going back for that money. read more

Bring your wallet. Cut and color with highlights cost me $340. I was in the chair just over one hour. The hair was good, but not that good. They must feel they have a captive audience with women in the villages. I'll drive another 15 minutes to keep from being overcharged like this. My bad for not asking beforehand. Been to this salon twice and unhappy with the service. Stylist did not tell me about additional costs for services she recommended and was hit with a $65 additional fee at checkout. If a service being offered is going to be an additional cost then the stylist should communicate that to the customer. When I got home my husband asked what's all over the back of your neck and it was color that hadn't been removed. For $250, I should look presentable leaving the salon. I also got stuck with $60 in products that I used once and didn't like that the stylist recommended on the first visit. I told the stylist that I only used it once and didn't like it but no offer was made to allow me to exchange it or return for a refund. The stylist did give me a good haircut. I contacted the salon and was given a $35 partial credit. read more

This was once a great salon. Their rates have skyrocketed in the past few years. I booked a makeup session for an event I was attending. She did nothing more that what I do myself! I had been letting my hair grow out - working towards a "bob" for several months. Michael always made these "in-between" stages look great. I'm a "lazy girl" though when it comes to my hair so this time in June 2025, I told him to cut it off - back to the "pixie" look. My hair is naturally a bright white, but not much natural body. I went to Salon Jaycee once after I moved here. My Bob had grown out so with a new person I was very clear that I don't like my hair on my neck or on my forehead but wanted to keep the bob. That much the stylist complied with. But as I watched her cut my hair she basically did a blunt cut all the way around. There was no shape to it. After she dried it and then was finished. there was additional trimming, reshaping when it was dry, no undercutting so the Bob curled automatically. Nothing I was use to. I keep telling myself it's just hair and it will grow back. However, I will not go back to the salon. I'm off to find another one. And after all this it was $80 for the cut. Then my stylist hung around the register while I was trying to pay for my haircut, making me feel as though I needed to give her her tip right there which I did not appreciate. I wasn't actually going to give her one but felt like I was pressured into it. Definitely not going back. read more

CAUTION... PROCEED WITH CARE.... Expensive look and feel do not equate to quality or good service. Hours Wasted - Poor Color Result and Unprofessional Technique My first visit was on Nov 21st. Color and cut. $350.00 The color was not just wrong but was very badly applied, and I had blotches on both my hairline and across the front. After pondering this for a couple of days, I called and was told they could correct it or do a refund. I choose correction. I went back on November 23, 2025. Those who looked at the color said it was not good. They attempted to repair the blotching by pulling in more highlights and toning the other too-blond areas. It did not work as expected, and I was asked to come back a third time. That third time was today. November 30, 2024 Red lowlights were pulled, and toner was put on. The stylist did not have time to dry it, so I am not sure how anyone knew the color was okay. (I determined this when I got home and dried it. I now have a dusty pink highlight). When I got to the front desk, I asked for a refund on the color. I was happy to have paid for the cut and blow-dry. I was told no. They said, "We offered a refund or a correction. Both still evade me. Summary--For years, I have visited hair salons on average every four weeks. This is the worst color I have ever received. My hair is now overly processed. I wasted two additional Saturday mornings and 4 hours. The really poor customer service is that ....... Before I left, I explained that if the color were refunded, as promised, as the correction is not 100% correct, I would continue to come to the salon as I do believe that Lori, over time, could correct the dark base that had been applied and even out all the different tones and patches. But there was no interest in that. They are happy to lose a client over $350.00 Do what is right and refund the color. This is about the integrity of professional duty to provide the service and product the customer paid for read more
