My hair is very fine, and I also have a stubborn cowlick, which has always made wearing extensions a challenge. No one has ever been able to keep hand-tied extensions in my hair without them slipping, sticking out, or looking obvious... until Alyssa. Her technique is unmatched. My extensions look seamless, feel incredibly natural, and never interfere with my cowlick. The blonding she does on me is absolutely on point -- the prettiest, most natural, beautifully blended color I've ever had. My hair is actually getting healthier, which is wild considering extensions + blonding usually do the opposite. She truly knows what she's doing. Because she didn't want to admit that she forgot the appointment with me. This business doesn't know how to pay respect to customers' time and effort. No wonder why they didn't have any customers when I got there. Please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and have an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service. They are desperate for customers and I see why.

I came to pick up my daughter and Jade the stylist was still working on her hair. No outgrowth had been done, no highlights on the whole head. My daughter showed a picture and the stylist claimed to not have seen it and yet my daughter said Jade took a picture of her picture! Jade claimed she was doing balayage which wasn't requested. Jade did a partial highlight and didn't use foil anywhere close to the scalp claiming she was protecting the virgin hair by leaving it out. This woman does not know what she is doing. I paid for a full head of light blonde highlights and my daughter left with three inches of outgrowth of obvious dark blonde hair and almost orange hair on the bottom. Terrible job! Don't go to this stylist. She is clearly under qualified and in need of further education, as well as a liar!
