When I didn't have the right shade/light coverage foundation for one girl, I inquired about using a tiny sample size from the make-up artist doing our bride's make-up. She was so rude about it, it was very off-putting and attitude I, nor the bride needed to deal with that morning... so because of her snoody rude sass, I am sadly deducting 1 star...everything else was satisfactory!
