Her scissors are fine there's nothing wrong with her sanitation and it's way better than nail salons and hole in the wall Chinese restaurants I've seen. She's quick and knows exactly how you want your brows. She's the only person that I trust to thread my brows and she knows the definition of keeping them nice and thick. I have been here a few times with my husband. He usually gets his hair cut there every other week, I myself go somewhere else but the husband loves this salon. He don't really have a personal hair stylist because they all usually do a great job and are clean, but on this particular day that we went. There was this lady that I believe is new, I only seen her a few times. She's skinny with short dark hair and I hear the other employee call her Sally. Well she didn't cut my husband hair (thank god) well anyways she was cutting one of her client's hairs and I notice she drop the comb and pick right back up and use it. From what I remember from my hair stylist is that they are not allow to use a comb that is drop. Once they dropped the comb they need to use to a new one. From looking at her work station it doesn't look that clean. I'm not sure if it's because she's new and is not used to the place yet but her station look a bit unsanitary or maybe she's just plain lazy. I feel bad for the client, I hope he didn't catch anything because like I stated above her station look dirty and who knows how many clients she has been using the same comb on. I hope the owner sees this and maybe coach her or keep an eye on her more. If this was my husband, I would be super piss and would've said something to the owner or walk out without paying and pray that my husband won't catch any diseases!!! read more

my mom and i went to this salon about couple day ago and got my hair done by this lady name (sallY) she did a awful job on me it was so orange. she act like she know what she was doing. she put me under the heater for 1 hour i kept my eyes on the time.and made me waited for her while she cut 2 guy hair for so long.i was piss cause she was not professional at all. PLEASE do yourself a BIG FAVORITE and never go to this lady. i will never go back there if she works there...... I hope the owner get this message and talk to her employee about this cause customer service comes first.... read more

As i was waiting for my son getting a hair cut. the girl who sit all the way back to the end got done cutting a customer hair. she came and took my son to cut his hair.i didn't want to be rude and said anything to her.her station was not swept up before taking us back to her station.the worst part "she use the same comb" she has use on the old client on my son. I stated my concerns again and another lady came to address it and with one look she said she saw the problems. She fixed everything but not the bottom since there wasn't much she could do. I did not mind that the cut was bad as long as she fixed it but I did not appreciate that she would let me walk out of the salon with a bad hair cut, she was unwilling to apologize or admit it wasn't good. The other workers supported her, I understand that supporting and empowering your employees is good but for the sake of good hair and costumer service, this place lacks integrity. At the end I was not happy with the cut but didn't want to be rude so paid the unreasonable $20. I will never return to this salon. My intentions are not bad with this honest review, hopefully it can save others from another experience or if read by owners, hopefully they will change.

That she said has clients who come in each month to get their perm redone.
