I've been to shops all over Mesa and Gilbert, including V's Barbershop and several others, trying to find "my spot." I almost didn't write this because I don't want this place getting too busy, but these guys deserve the recognition. The shop is clean, everyone is welcoming and friendly, and most importantly--they know what they're doing with the clippers. Jonathan cut my hair, and he absolutely nailed it. The fade was clean, blended perfectly, and exactly what I was looking for. If you're picky about your haircut, especially if you like short, clean fades, I'd definitely recommend giving Two Guys Barbershop a try. I'm sure they can handle just about any style, but I can personally vouch for the quality of their fades. It's refreshing to find a local, old-school barbershop that focuses on giving great haircuts and treating customers right. I'll definitely be back

I will say they have had some good barbers come and sadly go. Having said that it is like playing Russian Roulette haircut style. One person cuts it great so you make sure you go back to them. Then one day they no longer work there. So, since you're already there and you need a haircut you have someone else do it. Then you go home and fix it for a half hour. They have pulled shady moves in the past. Once I realized they hadn't given me the fade I had asked for. So naturally I said something. They said "Okay we fix but we charge more now she have to do again" and added $5 to the final bill. Another time my buddy went with me and they tried charging him extra for a taper. The problem is he never asked for a taper. The lady at the register kept saying "He (the barber) said he give you taper". My buddy said "I never asked for a taper". They went back and forth until they finally took the charge off with annoyance. They also recently changed the pricing on the pricing menu so now instead of having one set price it reads Mens haircut $20-$25. Of course when it is time to pay it is always the highest cost. I gave this place a lot of chances but enough is enough. It is to the point where I have realized I am the problem... I keep going back... Too much bad business and inconsistent haircuts.

I'm concerned for my child and others who may have been exposed to diseases and infection all because of poor business practices. How many customers did he use that same razor blade on before cutting my child, how many did he "accidentally" cut with that same razor? How many people must now get checked for blood exposure or infection?

There's a salon on the other side of the building if you want that. I was a walk-in, no problem. Weekday around lunchtime, so only 1 guy cutting hair. Apparently there are up to three sometimes. While I was in the chair, two other patrons showed up. They didn't have to wait long. The place seemed clean and orderly. I received a good haircut. He took his time, and paid attention to detail. My wife had no complaints after (she always critiques my cuts). It was a bit pricey ($24) if you're a patron of Supercuts or Fantastic Sam's, but not out of line with others like Sports Clips. No coupons or punch cards, either. A shave would have been extra. The guy was friendly (I spaced his name - older guy). No masking. He didn't wear one, and I couldn't because I was getting a haircut. Which is mostly in-line with the rest of the businesses in Gilbert. I will probably return here. He did a good job.

They get someone to come out to cut it and he is just really giving off the vibe that he don't really want to be there. My son's haircut looks horrible but at this point I'll have someone else fix it.
