When I called she reminded me "your appointment isn't until 1 fine i knew that. I went for a simple root touch up as my regular was on vacation. She never asked me anything about my hair, accepted the high end color I brought to match and proceeded to tell me I had darker shadows, yes, that's the highlights that grew out. Oh she said and literally slap on the color overlapping the color and covering the highlights I had left which were fine with a simple touch up. Then she left the salon to run to the beauty supply!!? She was gone 1/2 hour, I timed it! She wanted to do highlights and a cut as well, but I declined. Never asked how I wanted my hair gripped about her husband went on about how experienced she is then just used a flat iron (I never use one) and saiid ok meet you at the desk. I know universally the fee for root touch up is $85, I usually tip 30%. But she only asked if it was cash or credit card. I handed her my card and was given no receipt and no ability to put in a tip. I asked for a receipt and she said "give me your phone number and I will text it to you". I was not about to give her my contact info. I asked what she charged me and she said $186!!!! Thats a $100 tip for the worst service and dirtiest salon i have ever seen. I after picking my jaw up off the ground I said I guess your tip is included she told me there is zero breakdown of the charges its all one fee.... This woman is a total ripoff. Avoid at all costs

I was a bit surprised by how much availability kasea had but I booked anyway. The good: Kasea is nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The bad: she double/triple books her clients so she was super rushed the entire time bouncing back and forth between me and another person. When she washed my hair, the water was cold because she wouldn't wait for it to heat up which was kind of a shock. When I'm paying $400 for a hair dye, I expect to be taken care of and it almost feel like a self-care experience but I could feel her anxious energy with rushing around. After, she blow dried my hair and offered a trim, and I said yes. She rushed through that as well and by the time I got Home, I realized the trim was sloppy and my ends had varying levels of length. All of these issues could have been solved by taking her time and not bouncing between clients. Also, my hair turned out a bit orange. I ended up flying to Florida for a wedding the following week and getting it fixed. I wouldn't go back to this place. She did an okay job, but If im paying $400, I want it done well.

I went to Leeanne for IBE extensions. I had previously tried tape ins and wanted something more…read moredurable and flexible that allowed me to wear my hair up or down more easily. She not only did a fantastic job with the extensions, she answered all my questions and helped my hair go from short, brittle, and dry, to healthy, long and shiny. I no longer need the extensions and my hair has never been healthier. The experience when you go to see Leeanne is not only enlightening when it comes to products and hair health, it's relaxing and comfortable as well. I've attached a before and after picture showing the difference LeeAnn made in my hair in less than a year! I highly recommend and trust Leeanne!

I had an amazing haircut with her last week…read more She was thorough in the intake process and talked through a few inspiration photos I had to really understand what style I was going for and looked carefully at my hair texture before snipping an inch. Then she did a scalp massage that is to die for with aromatherapy. So relaxing!! Once she started cutting she checked in throughout to spot check and ensure the length was right and the look was on the right track. Then, a blow out and some detailing of the cut once my hair was dry, then a perfect beach wavy styling after that. I was so pleased with the cut that I asked her to send over some notes to show to my regular stylist in LA that he can reference for my next cut. :) On top of her skills Leanne is professional and comfortable to be around and you can tell she takes such pride in her work and cares about people. I am thrilled with my new cut and with the entire experience with Leanne - thank you!!
