Stylist was patient and professional. My client has Autism, and there was no wait time, took us in as soon as we walked in.

This is where I get my haircuts and bring my family when they are in town. They are super nice and do an excellent job.

My nails are grown out but still look great, no lifting and no chipping! Janice is amazing at doing nails, and she is so patient. She took great care of me and was very detailed when prepping my nails, all while being personable yet professional. She truly cares about sanitation and even gave me the file she used at the end of my service. Her station was clean and organized. This is coming from someone who holds 3 licenses with the State Board of Cosmetology, so I know what to look for! I have attached 2 unedited photos taken right after checking out. One in indoor lighting and the other is outside in full sun so you can really see her work.

Plenty of parking shared with other businesses. There's good vibes, good music, and good hair to be had here. Remember the makeover scenes in Miss Congeniality or Princess Diaries and think, "Wow, I wish my hair could be as gorgeous as theirs." Look no further than Tonya at The Beauty Suite! Tonya is super knowledgeable and talks to you about what she's doing with your hair. If you're uncomfortable, let her know because she is full of suggestions to make your hair the best it can be. You leave with hair feeling lighter, healthier, and with more knowledge than when you arrived. I immediately booked for my upcoming wedding, that's how confident I am in Tonya and her business. Thank you, Tonya! Congratulations on the new addition to your family, and a happy 2025!

I was a bit surprised by how much availability kasea had but I booked anyway. The good: Kasea is nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The bad: she double/triple books her clients so she was super rushed the entire time bouncing back and forth between me and another person. When she washed my hair, the water was cold because she wouldn't wait for it to heat up which was kind of a shock. When I'm paying $400 for a hair dye, I expect to be taken care of and it almost feel like a self-care experience but I could feel her anxious energy with rushing around. After, she blow dried my hair and offered a trim, and I said yes. She rushed through that as well and by the time I got Home, I realized the trim was sloppy and my ends had varying levels of length. All of these issues could have been solved by taking her time and not bouncing between clients. Also, my hair turned out a bit orange. I ended up flying to Florida for a wedding the following week and getting it fixed. I wouldn't go back to this place. She did an okay job, but If im paying $400, I want it done well.

I have been searching high and low for a stylist since re-locating from Oahu, and I was lucky enough to stumble upon rave reviews for David Wong My hair had been highlighted elsewhere without being toned and as a result I had the dreaded brassy orange look. I decided that getting in the rotation of a truly gifted artist (photos evidenced that), was worth the wait, as anything worthwhile is. I knew he had the talent, skill, technique and devotion of his clients, but the equally important question was "would I LIKE him?!"...My hair is challenging. My hair is thick and I have enough for three people on my head, so I end up spending a great deal of time with my master crafters :-) We need to hit it off. When my appointment rolled around, I was so pleasantly surprised. I loved him immediately. He is fun, he listens, he goes above and beyond in customer service, he is realistic about what can and should be done with hair in order to maintain the health of your hair in the process. He is passionate about using the best products and techniques and is on the cutting edge of what's current. My cut and color were superb and when he noticed a few weeks later that it was getting brassy, he went out of his way to fit me in for additional toning because he takes so much pride in his work and in his client's satisfaction. He seems to be a genuinely good person. One of the only people I've ever encountered who has told me I tipped too much (and, tried to give some back!?- ) I tip high because my hair is a beast that must be tamed. There will be hours spent and sweat left on the floor, so I like to compensate for the extra time and extra work. He is just an absolute KEEPER!! Ladies, RUN, don't walk to book your appointment! P.S. I was raving about my new stylist to one of my best friend's on Oahu when she realized it was David and she had been searching for him everywhere and didn't know where he had gone. It is evident that her plans to visit me here have become more urgent and will include much sought after time in his chair!!
