When my appointment rolled around, I was so pleasantly surprised. I loved him immediately. He is fun, he listens, he goes above and beyond in customer service, he is realistic about what can and should be done with hair in order to maintain the health of your hair in the process. He is passionate about using the best products and techniques and is on the cutting edge of what's current. My cut and color were superb and when he noticed a few weeks later that it was getting brassy, he went out of his way to fit me in for additional toning because he takes so much pride in his work and in his client's satisfaction. He seems to be a genuinely good person. One of the only people I've ever encountered who has told me I tipped too much (and, tried to give some back!?- ) I tip high because my hair is a beast that must be tamed.
