Aloha, I have written a review and seems it is lost or not posted. I will write another due to my testimony of the quality of work, expertise and professionalism Tori has as Owner Operator of Belle Toi. She is a Cosmetologist, Aesthetician and Doctor of Hair. Her knowledge and experience is of the higher echelon in her industry and it was divine that I was led to find her. I came from another stylist and my hair was so fried that it started to fall out. I was embarrased and srarted wearing wigs. Hence, praying for someone to correct my mishap, I found Tori. Long story short, my experience with her was healing. She was empathetic, caring, suggestive and guided me in the situation I was living with. She gave me hope and I leaped with faith & trust. She ended up doing a cut, haircolor, fusion real hair extensions. I was completely happy, thrilled, confident, got back in the game and back on stage and felt fabūous again. With hair extensions, I wanted them to look real, natural, durable and have longevity. They did just that. I even went to paddle & surf as well as perform hula and was red carpet ready! From the time I move here from California I search out a salon to up keep my hair. I found Tori at Belle Toi. For 3 years she has pamper me with facials, high lights and color. It's been a marvelous experience Tori has been professional and kind and always listens to what I request and my hair comes out beautiful every time. I've been coloring over my graying hair for more than a decade and finally decided to stop when I moved to the island last October. When I found Tori at Belle Toi in February my fears of letting my silver shine through disappeared. Tori and I recently spent the day together as she carefully lightened the coppery browns in my hair, added some magic and a beautiful grey dove color, a lot of yummy serums, and lots of expert TLC! I left her salon chair with a big smile and shiny platinum hair that looks incredible! Tori is a mixologist color genius! Tori is such an angel! I came to Hilo to run errands and I'm so grateful I was able to get a last minute spot with her. She contacted me back via email right away! I was also on the fence about what I wanted done to my hair and even had some anxiety after committing to an idea. When I expressed it to her she was so honest and caring. She checked on my dye at just the perfect time and rinsed to in the chair. she was so reassuring at the same time not trying to persuade me to do anything I didn't want to do. so professional. As a witness in Belle Toi Salon Kjirsten came in with highly damaged hair and Belle Toi a top notch hair salon did the right thing by not rendering service to her. Tori was paitent and listened to her complaints and told her she would only cut her hair to rid her from the damage she created herself by saying she did not wash out all the bleach herself. Tori let her know her hair was damaged and she could fix it but it would be several hrs and cost a bit to repair. This Kjirsten was not only putting off her mistakes on This top classy salon but also liked her hair cut paid and left. My hair is always quality due to Tori and Belle Toi. After fifteen plus years of dying my hair black, I decided to go blonde again. I initially went to the "color queen" who claimed to know what she was doing, but clearly did not. She turned my hair orange and fried it. I called Belle Toi after reading many of the great reviews and I am sooo glad I did. Tori saved my hair and gave it the beautiful color I was hoping for. She listened to all my concerns and stayed until almost 9pm so that she could get my hair just right. I can't thank her enough for the hard work she put in that day. BELLE TOI butchered my hair. She never even asked me how I wanted my hair cut she just started cutting it dry. Then, she was abusive and condescending. She was extremely hostile and unprofessional. I asked for Mt money back, and she refused and then began to harassing me via text. Here are my before and after pictures. Absolutely the worst experience in a salon in my life. I'm extremely traumatized by her abusive actions. I had to call the police and make a report and have also contacted a lawyer. It seems like every time I go on vacation, all of the sudden, I can't stand my hair. This is what led me to Tori and Belle Toi Salon.
