I asked for three to four inches cut off, and suddenly my hair I had down to my ribcage is a bob. She didn't use any products in my hair and didn't seem to even know what she could use. I had to tell her to stop talking just so she could focus on finishing styling my hair and I could leave. I'm really upset and disappointed that this is how it ended up.

Not to mention my other little was in their chair longer than 15 mins too. (She was there for 30 mins,!Even though it was a 15 min time block) Not to mention a little boy probably around 5-7 pulled down his pants in the middle of the waiting room in front of my 4 year old girl and 2 year old. And all the receptionist and manager did was brush it off saying it's out of their control and the little boy was special needs. I came back after having a good experience with my little the first time. But after being treated the way I did, I won't be coming back. Do not recommend this place unless you want to be treated like you don't matter. All they want is your $ and it shows with the 15 min intervals. Doesn't even give you enough time to sit down, tell your stylist what style you want and to get your hair wet! Edited to add: Since I'm being told by the owner that I'm lying, I have a text message I sent to my husband with proof of the time I arrived and the exact time I was told that my son wouldn't be able to be seen. It wasn't 8-9 mins. It was 6 mins after the time. All time slots on their website say 15 mins. I wasn't given any other time. Even with my kiddo. I felt like we were rushed and whatever I said was brushed off. Don't go here they don't care and only care about your money!
