The physical arrangements were very nice. Everything was bright and clean. The staff was all masked and gloved. They took temperature at check in. I was a bit surprised that there was no place to hang my coat and I was told just to lay it in a chair. The hairdresser I was assigned, Beck, could not have been nicer. She had a firm yet gentle touch with the shampooing. However it was obvious she was less practiced with Men's hair and the term 'business cut'. She cut it rather short on the sides and even after I asked her to snip some stray long hairs, I found others when I got home. Overall, the results were perfectly fine, but for the price I expected better. Doubt I'll be back for my regular trim.

Handled us with care as one of us needed to be and she understood the assignment I wanted a lineup on my edges, not a hair cut, as the website only has "haircut" listed. I almost didn't go as I didn't want to pay $40 for a line up, but it worked out perfectly! The place was very clean. Very spacious and a very bougie set up, which I loved. They offer you water or tea and you are seen by appointments only. I'm sure walk ins might be welcome, but get your appointment if you want to walk out looking fly One thing I observed at that time. One of the other stylists apparently was not feeling well and it was being discussed, while she had her mask down. Now mind you, there were still clients there and she felt the need to sit in her chair with her mask down saying how she was tired of the mask, she tried getting a rapid test, but they were sold out etc etc One of the stylists did call her out on it and she got very defensive. We need to really take this seriously until we have a better handle on the pandemic. If you are not well or unsure of what it might be, STAY HOME! That was very irresponsible and selfish of her, I think. Again, the owner wasn't there so I guess anything goes ‍ Besides that, it is a great place and the ladies were all very nice. I really wanted to like this place. My stylist was very nice. I showed her the cut and color I…read morewanted. I thought we were on the same page. Unfortunately, when I saw my hair I told her it looked really dark. She assured me that it was because it was wet and the toner would fade a bit after a couple washes. I gave her benefit of the doubt bc it looked a little lighter when she dried it. When I got home and could take a better look, my hair was a full gray and beige color. I was bright blonde. I also still have roots showing. The salon hasn't responded to either of my messages asking what we can do to fix this. It will be very hard to correct this without ruining my curl pattern and I am probably going to have to get a keratin treatment somewhere, which isn't cheap. I told my stylist that I keep my hair light bc of thinning areas because they make me self conscious. They are fully visible. I'm not going to name the stylist because she was really nice, but I am not happy with the lack of response to my messages. I would skip this one unless you want something basic and without bleach.
