That was the best advice I ever received. I now am in my 80's and i absolutely love everything Wynn does to make me look and feel my best. She is very sensitive to what will make me happy. i watch what she does to assist others and am amazed with the knowledge she possesses about hair color and style. It appears that she wants her customers to leave happy because it is a reflection on her if they are not satisfied. I literally walked in on a Friday at 6:30 looking for a haircut and after a moment was told they could take me in about ten minutes if I was willing to wait ? Pleasantly surprised and a shrug of the shoulders said "yes a phone call needed to be made anyway. Thank you." Walking back in noticed several women getting highlights and inquired ? Full head and "halo" were quoted, looking around for a moment decided "Yes lets do them." Hair Impressions closes at 7:00 p.m. and they didn't even bat an eyelash when the extra service was requested. Lina works quickly, with light conversation, she is polite and very sweet. Hair still wet the "highlights" were a bit lighter than I was expecting. It had been several years since I'd had highlights so a bit of adjustment is needed on my part. This is not a bad thing. Let's face it if I hadn't screwed up the color at home I wouldn't have been here to begin with.... The owner seeing I was a bit nervous said if I didn't like it they would fix it. Lina gave me a cut and was very thorough after drying found the color blended more than I thought. After a couple shampoos am growing to like the change and come fall will be probably trying some chunky red ? A five is given for taking a last minute appointment, willingness to take on a bigger task last minute, price for cut and highlights and their willingness to adjust the color if I wasn't happy. Can you really ask for more than that when it comes to your hair ? I think not. read more

Best place to get your hair done. I do not go anywhere else. They know what they are doing and will fix other salons errors. I have seen people come from other salons with really messed up hair (one girl had green hair). One of the stylist, Wynn, was able to make the girl's hair smooth and a natural shade of blonde again. Love this shop. I drive from Cumming to get here. Sheree has done my hair for years and always does a bang up job. Wynn is the owner and is also excellent. Saturdays are crazy busy because they take walk-ins, so if you can get your hair done during the week you will save yourself some time. I usually go to a beauty school because it's a lot cheaper, but believe me - you get what you pay for. I get a much better cut and color here. I also had my eyes waxed for the first time ever and I look like I had a face lift! You can't go wrong with Hair Impressions. read more

I was recommended by a friend, and I was very disappointed with the service. I did not get what I asked for, and when I wanted to fix it Wynn wanted to charge me again. I was left with lines of dimarcation, and I looked like I had zebra hair. I asked for a refund and she refused to give it to me. I would not recommend. read more

Angelina did a great cut and color and her prices are reasonable. I highly recommend her because she listens to instructions.

Wynn is amazing! She does exactly what you ask for and doesn't damage your hair. Definitely would recommend her!

This place is so F.. Up .. I went there today to get my daughters haircut and they quoted me a price and let me tell you from the beginning the stylist was so rude .. I should have walked out then but I gave her the benefit of doubt and as she was cutting my daughter's hair I told her nicely please don't blow dry my daughter's hair .. She ignored me and kept doing it .. Then she started using the razor to thin out the hair and when I realized what she is doing I told her that's enough but she kept going and so I had to tell her 3 times to stop using the razor .. Lastly during payment she charges more saying she had to dry and work extra hard on her haircut.. I was so furious but couldn't show it due to my young girls I kept my cool. Don't go to this Salon!!! I love Sheree. She has been doing my hair for a long while and I would never go anywhere else. When I started with her, my hair was awfully done at another salon. She saved me then by fixing the bad color and cut. Over time we have settled on a color and cut that looks good on me. She always listens to what I want and if I feel adventurous, she helps me figure something out that's new and fun but not over the top. Sometimes you might have to wait a minute, but I schedule my time accordingly. The price is extremely reasonable and the quality is worth the wait. read more

After reading the other reviews posted about this hair salon, I decided to give it a try. I was extreamly disappointed. The hair cut was horrible. I had very long hair and wanted to shorten the length and add a bunch of layers for volume..... well I did receive one layer which is in a v shape pointing down my back. Literally, one layer. There was no blending of "the layer". If you want color or a basic "tip the ends" this might be a great place but if your after anything other then that....send your money else where. read more

The staff is terribly rude! I was a first timer at this shop and when I walked in I waited at the counter for service but no one said anything ( there was a stylist sitting in a chair doing NOTHING). She just looked at me and kept reading her magazine. Evenetually, I saw the owner (she seemed busy) but I asked if they had any slots available and she responded "I'm busy right now" and continued doing what she was doing.
