Unfortunately I do not care for the new neighborhood of her salon nor the arrangements in the salon. The atmosphere is horrible. Street vendors walk in to sell stuff to patrons while you are getting hair color. Sometimes male and sometimes female. Local security guards will walk in and interrupt her while she is attending to women patrons. I find it extremely weird and unsafe. And many other patrons have expressed similar sentiments. I am told they have to earn their living so she allows them to walk around bugging her customers. This is unacceptable. Next door smoke shops and bar are not an ideal place for a hair salon to be nestled in. In addition, a male barber shop inside her salon is also a very awkward arrangement. Some women customers have complained about foul language coming out loud and clear while they are getting hair treatment. Many young men visit this location - some are cops as well. Some women have complained these men start following them around. She does not have the sensitivity to understand what a salon environment should look like therefore has not cared to pay much attention to it nor plans to. Wishing her the best as I do not intend to revisit her location, it is not a salon. And hope she starts caring for her patrons' personal space and privacy. Not everyone feels comfortable to have local vendors walk in a women's salon and disrupt them.

On the paper it says for a full color it's 125 and up, she washed my hair again when i told her i washed it 30 minutes before arrival. i came early but she didn't show at the correct time. I wanted blonde and told her not platinum but she decided to make it dark blonde, mind you i showed her a picture of what i wanted. i am entirely disappointed. Again i don't see how i paid 300 for this. I am so sad i even cried. i hate it mind you i have to live with this. Don't think anyone should pay that price especially when they don't like the results and i told her that i didn't like the color. Nothing i could do.
