The dead center of it has a chunk of hair that is an inch shorter than the rest. She didn't know what she was doing clearly. My right side is a straight across bang and my left side is blended with the face framing layer. She kept saying blowout effect when that isn't what I wanted or asked for. Everywhere I've been, they've always started off longer because they said we can always chop off more. She did not do that. She just chopped them. I wanted very wispy bangs with face framing layers. She didn't not do that at all. These are regular choppy uneven bangs that sit a good bit above my eyebrows! I never felt more ridiculous coming out of the salon. During she asked what I thought and I said that the layers isn't what I want and that I want more layers in sections. She just did one side and didn't do the same on the other. She asked what I thought on the bangs and I said they're too thick and she turned my chair around fast so I'm not facing the mirror anymore. She said she still has to thin out. But they shouldn't even look this thick before thinning! I'm wearing a hat for a couple of weeks and going to my sister hoping she can fix some of it. How she cut my hair was like she watched one video and she learned at home. Her fingers stunk like a funky smell. Not food or chemicals but like bacteria under the nails type of smell.

My daughter's appointment was at 1:30 PM, and I was on the waitlist. She wanted burgundy, even though she has jet-black roots with blonde highlights. Mrs. D explained the entire process, told Kim (the colorist) exactly what to use to get as close to that shade as possible, and made sure my daughter felt confident and excited and she was all in! After the color process, Kayla took over, washed her hair, and did a beautiful blowout. My daughter is IN LOVE with her hair. I went in to get my grays covered, and Mrs. D recommended a gorgeous brown. The way she explained everything to both of us made it clear she is extremely experienced and truly knows her craft. Then came my stylist Jiya! OMG. My wash, head massage, and styling were TOP-TIER. Bought some products. Thank you, Jiya, for explaining how to properly use the products and how often. I could not stick around, I had another appointment after my hair appointment which was apparently not going to happen. I do not know what it is with this salon. If you can handle poor scheduling and poor communication then good for you. Many people cannot. I have never had such a disorganized and sloppy salon before.

I explained I had just reinstalled my extensions and have an important booking for a commercial tomorrow with one of the worlds most known cell phone providers. I had my consultation with Bethany -bless her heart- she is so sweet- and she examined my hair, explained what we would do easy as pie. After she applied the toner she relayed me to Another stylist washed my hair clean of the toner and well, something else. She somehow managed to matt my extensions on the left side of head. At first the third stylist who was in charge of drying my hair tried her best to get to knots out and I helped out. We managed to get some of the extensions untangled but that left spot was unbelievable guys, please look at the picture. The lady that washed my hair came over and was using the de tangling brush so roughly that she pulled my scalp multiple occasions and I put my hand to my scalp to try to avoid the pain of all the pulling - she didn't care. She kept doing it. I told her that I didn't want to be negative but i really didn't believe that we could realistically save my extensions. Then the owner came over and tried to untangle it for 15 min. Horrible. Never once was she apologetic about it. In the contrary, she laughed at various points during her visit. I was crying at this point and told her I just feel so much pressure and I'm so upset. She finally came up with the brilliant idea of taking it off which sounded fine to me until she brought out a RAZOR BLADE and made cuts on The extension weft. I'm 100% that there's a lot of my hair in the extensions she cut. She then walked away and left miss bailey who was also super nice during this whole situation to blow dry my hair. The owner returned with glue in extensions and tape in. I told her I didn't want that method because it's more damaging and she left. She didn't even offer an apology or say, ok well I'm truly sorry and embarrassed this happened please let me know how much your extensions cost etc etc NOTHING. She WALKED OFF and never returned. . I asked what the plan was and no one ever came back to my chair. Finally I got up and asked what was going on and the lady at the front said "we're not charging you the service " EXCUSE ME? At this point guys honestly I had a nervous breakdown. I screamed at her demanding my money for my extensions and the installment.These extensions are over more than $1000+ and from my visit to Prime Hair Concepts (READ REVIEWS) and my reinstallment was at Endless extensions here in Dallas. They flat out said I was overreacting and they threatened me, they kicked me out of their business and called the cops. I refused to leave until the officers arrived and explain the situation to them the officer asked me "but did you tell them you were going to kill them or throw punches?" NO. I told them to please check the cameras. I explained who I am, they checked my license and my plates. I yelled. Yes. It was out of control. Yes. Do I regret it? Yes. But people: 3 officers where dispatched to the salon for me for demanding my money. They pulled my hair. They pulled it hard and hurt my scalp. They threw me a check for $750 that im scared will be stopped and i told the officers that as well they took a note to that added it to the police report and recommended to take a picture of it. That amount Barely covers the hair and the re installment, obviously not the flights or hotel back in to Los Ángeles. I This salon is trash for handling the situation this way and for humiliating me for the damage they caused. Not just my hair but emotionally and mentally. - update on 6/7/18 Followed up with a doctor about what happened to me yesterday and why i yelled at the top of my lungs. These horrible people caused me to go into a panic attack after being kicked out, laughed at and hurt my head. I cried silently and consistently for more than an hour without anyone being nice or apologetic about it, while they pulled and tugged ROUGHLY on my scalp. When I was told they just wouldn't charge me for the service I went into hysteria. How sad that someone can treat people worse than dogs and get away with it. I plan to share this with everyone possible, Including my fan base. --- My Mom had rotator cuff surgery and is in recovery. She cannot wash her hair and has had a really hard time letting me help her with it. I called Goldwaves to see if I had any luck for a same day Shampoo and Blow out and they took care of us with so much kindness and pampering.
