What I got and have really enjoyed at this location is a body wash by the brand Necessaire. The bodywash I got is Eucalyptus fragranced and I really like it a lot! It feels cleansing and revitalizing as well as a great fragrance. It's a nice and pleasant "wake me up" while trying to shake off the grogginess of last night's sleep. I am definitely going to keep an eye out to try more products by this brand. I see that they have a Rosemary shampoo which I can say without a doubt I will be getting to try out in the near future!

Absolutely horrible experience. I purchased what was advertised as human hair clip-in extensions…read morefrom this store, only to find out after washing, drying, and applying heat that the hair was not human at all. It melted, smelled like burnt plastic, and the ends turned crispy--classic signs of synthetic or low-grade blended hair. When I returned to the store with the original packaging and receipt, simply asking for a replacement pack, I was met with extreme rudeness from Rose, the so-called manager. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and repeatedly deflected responsibility, claiming she had to "talk to the owners"--who she initially said didn't speak English, but later contradicted herself and said I could talk to them directly. When I asked how I'd communicate if they didn't speak English, she had no answer. I informed Rose that I work for the government and could easily find out who owns the business since she refused to give me the name. In response, she started making vague, unnecessary comments about my job, which felt like veiled threats. Highly unprofessional and very unsettling behavior for someone in a managerial role. To make matters worse, I contacted the manufacturer listed on the packaging. They told me they would replace the hair if the store manager or owner called them to confirm the situation. I relayed this to Rose, and she flat-out refused to make the call, saying they didn't have time. Bottom line: the hair is NOT 100% human as claimed, the customer service is unacceptable, and Rose is completely unfit for a management position. If her hands are always "tied," why is she even in charge? She clearly doesn't have the skills or authority to handle legitimate customer concerns. Do not buy hair from this store. Save yourself the money, time, and stress--this place sells low-quality products and refuses to take accountability. I have attracted a photo of the hair (out of the package) after I straighten and what the original looked like. This is after the hair was burnt and fried after just one straightening hot iron treatment. The hair turned orange. At the end of the day all I am requesting from the owner is a new pack of hair. I am not asking for my money back. This product over $200 and the owner should want to make this right for a customer.
