Halo laser had a week or so down time which while seeking medical care was not possible at the time. Time to time I inquired about my package from staff and was never once told about the expiration policy. When I went to schedule my first appointment, I was told my package had expired six months after purchase -- and they given me an extension period, again which I was never informed about. Not once during my visits was I ever informed that there was an expiration, nor was this policy clearly explained when I purchased the package. These treatments are not cheap, and I would have never spent that kind of money had I known the sessions would expire. It's extremely disappointing that they won't honor what was clearly a communication mistake on their end. I have given multiple details and documents and a doctor letter stating I was advised by my physician to hold off on lasers but the company isn't taking responsibility -- very unprofessional and not what I expected from a business in this industry. **Disagreeing with my review does not change the fact that payment was taken and services were not delivered WITH NO CLEAR COMMUNICATION ABOUT EXPIRATION. Ideal Image continues to be a scam! Don't waste your time or money…read more If I could give them negative stars I would. I had attempted to go to Ideal Image around December 2020. I wanted to sign up for coolsculpting services. Not only did I have to go through a second party for funding, (AND THEY NEVER GAVE THE OPTION TO PAY FUNDS DIRECTLY) they were going to start charging me for services when I hadn't even scheduled an appointment. Then when I called Ideal Image, they insisted on having a credit card for the initial phone call to make an appointment. At that point, they said Ideal Image couldn't schedule me for an appointment, until February 2021, but were going to start charging me a month from then, l wanted to cancel immediately. I additionally discussed the coolsculpting procedure on my legs with my PCP and found that genetic lymphedema, and Lipedema, is unaffected by Coolsculpting, which I was promised by Ideal Image that they could treat. After Ideal Image agreed that I was ineligible for those services, they tried to pull a bait and switch, attempting to schedule me for additional procedures I did not want or need. Cancelling with the second party lending company, took a 25 day process for a claim. Ideal Image then claimed I still owed Ideal Image for services even after canceling the funding through the second party services. The leadership initially resolved the issue with me and removed the debt for services I never received. June 2025, I saw a deal for Botox and fillers on your website that was enticing. I have had both Botox and Fillers previously with other medical offices with no issues. Last injections and fillers I had were approximately a year ago. The sales person for Ideal Image, knew my medical history, the Botox consultant that processed my injections, knew my medical history, and said my allergy to Augmentin was not a problem. So, I scheduled the fillers appointment. A waste of my time. After showing up to my fillers appointment, at the Tukwila office, the ARNP told me I was not eligible for fillers because I have an allergy to Augmentin. Ideal Image gave me Botox... just two weeks prior, another type of injection but refused to provide the fillers I was informed that I was eligible for by sales and the Botox injection personnel. Being allergic to Augmentin (which is a penicillin-based antibiotic) does not automatically make you ineligible for lip fillers. I have had lip fillers and Botox before and have never had any issues. Then the ARNP at the Tukwila office, attempted to state they could put the money towards another procedure that I didn't want or need. Infuriating! Shame on this company. I gave Ideal Image a second chance. I am demanding to have the chemical peel and fillers funds, that were financed returned to the 2nd party lending company immediately.

I went in for a laser treatment, got a chemical peel and had burning/stabbing pain on my face right after the peel. My cheeks became red and discolored for over a week, and I was scared because it was my face. I documented everything, including the fact that the consent form was signed after the treatment, not before. The provider did refund me and sent aquaphor after she was scared of a lawsuit. She refused to reimburse a derm appointment. My skin did improve but there is still pain and pigmentation. The way the business handled my concern afterward was awful. Instead of simply focusing on aftercare and making sure my skin was okay, the Director of Operations Jesse started questioning my "claims," my "intentions," and even called me a "Groupon shopper." That was rude, discriminatory, insulting, and completely unnecessary. I came in as a paying customer. Whether I used Groupon or not has nothing to do with how I should be treated when I report pain and a reaction on my face. If not for groupon, this place wouldn't be able to pay the rent which is why they advertise on Groupon in the first place. They withheld meds that they claim to have ordered in lieu of more photos everyday so they can "verify" their claims. Due to a confusion with the order number, they figured I bought another groupon from another spa way before going to Skintegrity. None of my other groupons had anything to do with the treatment I went in for nor it should matter to the business. This is invasion of privacy without cause. I was also told I was "obviously trying to build a case," which is ridiculous. I was trying to make sure my skin healed and that I had proper documentation because the reaction happened immediately after their treatment. A customer reporting burning, tenderness, and discoloration after a facial treatment should be treated with care, not attitude.
