A pull on one of my bags had come off so I went back to the shop to ask what could be done. The staff was pleasant and gracious as they took my bag from me , mailed it to be repaired and then had the repaired bag sent to my home. All at no charge to me. Outstanding service !!! read more

When Mama needs a new purse - this is where I go. I do love that they have a Men's section (other Coach Stores are now adding them - this was the 1st in the area). There sales aren't always the best deal - they mark items back up and then have 50% off the entire store. Felt I paid about $20 to much for last purse (but it was exactly what I was looking for...). I'll definitely be back to do some Christmas shopping and hope that the Black Friday sales are great (they have been in the past....) read more

Let me start by saying I own several bags and wallets from this brand. I recently made a purchase online and made a return at the outlet location. I came into the store receipt and CC in hand to return the bag. I was being helped and for whatever reason they were having problems trying to return the 108.14 back to my CC, and after several attempts I requested to have my purchase refunded in cash. They refused to give me cash back because of a policy that retuned items needed to be refunded in the form they were paid. Which I have NO PROBLEM with but if you are having issues you CAN NOT HOLD my money hostage! It took 4 people and 30 min of of back and fourth before someone was able to get the transaction to work. As a customer I felt it was unnecessary for them to make a huge production of an error in there system/training/customer service! I should have just been given my cash back and they could sort out the problems they were having later. It was unprofessional and down right rude that the women in this store refused to give me my money back in cash because they were incompetent! Needles to say I won't be returning as a customer because if I am unsatisfied about a product and I have followed the return policy I should not be denied my money back in the form of CASH if the issue is the retailer! read more

We had brought a purse in to get the strap fixed, $125 for repairs, dropped it off 3/8/20. Coach has lost the purse, the store manager Misty was not helpful and kept making excuses for not being able to return the purse to us. I did not expect this poor of customer service from such a large company. So do not spend a dime with Coach!!! I reached out to their customer care support on Facebook, no response. So pretty much $450 down the drain, DO NOT PURCHASE anything from Coach!!! read more

The women's section looks big at first glance but I actually found the selection a bit disappointing. The other Coach outlet stores I have been to across the country felt a lot bigger. The men's section was in its separate section. It looked really great although I did not have time to view it. Customer service can be the driving factor when choosing where I will shop. I have experienced top-notch customer service here! As a long time Coach customer (both retail and outlet) the service I receive at the Outlet Collection in Auburn, WA is far and away better than any of the others. Janet is ever attentive and remembers me and my preferences and has gone beyond what would be considered necessary to solve any issues I might have with an item, even if it came from a retail Coach store. On the other hand, even with a retail bag, I've experienced snooty, superior attitudes from a retail Coach employee! Yes, I know they're completely separate entities, but there is rarely an excuse for rude, demeaning conduct toward a consumer. I do feel that often a store employee's great "attitude" results from great management. That being said, Mistee, the store manager, and Janis, a floor manager exhibit the same, customer first attitude I experience dealing with Janet. Kudos to building a team which encourages one to continue supporting the brick and mortar shopping experience rather than retreat behind the Internet! two words MEN'S SECTION!!!!!! This store has a separate section that is exclusively for MEN!! It is still coach, but it is in a masculine way!!!! We went in before christmas to pick up a few last minute items, the sales team was outstanding, personable, helpful and fun! I really really REALLY appreciate the ability to find men's gifts without having to relegated to the nether regions of the other coach stores. Because they catered to men, we actually spent more here than at other coach stores. We will be back!!!! read more

I love this place. It's very convenient and the fact they're located at the end of the mall so you can just go in and out. Perfect for gifts and for myself. I don't have to go far. I went shopping the day after Black Friday and found this store just opened. I walked in and a sales associate greeted me with a warm smile. This is actually a lot bigger than the other stores at the outlet malls in Marysville and North Bend. They also have a men's section, which I haven't actually browsed in. You'll find the same selections that they have at the other outlets, it's just a little larger inside. read more

Nice addition to the "Outlet Collection." (Schmoutlet Collection... it's the Supermall.) It's got a fair selection-- there a lot of multiple facings of product. Half of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the other half probably would have ran out if their manager told them that they needed to cut hours. They have a whole men's section, which I have yet to check out. There is also a section behind the main wall where bags from the retail store are. Great place to go for a good bag with a deep discount. Steer clear of employees who shop while they work and want to shove bags that aren't your style down your throat. read more

This store is great addition to the Supermall. There is a nice separate section for Men's items and there were some incredible deals in effect on the day I was there. I picked up a wallet, Ipad case, and am now the proud owner of a Coach beer bottle opener and key chain. While I'm not fully comfortable admitting it, I also picked up a murse! read more

I called about returning an item and they told me to drive down to the store so they could check whether or not it was returnable. 30 minutes of driving later, they only checked the serial number before telling me it was nonreturnable. I could have just given the serial number over the phone and saved an hour of time and gas. Horrible return policy...don't bother with this store. What a waste of time. read more

First of all, the sales staff was very attentive and friendly without being overbearing. I think that it is cute that they are all carrying their work tools in little Coach purses with them. Rock on! This meant my gal was able to figure out my discount lickity split. Nice selection. Great clearance items. My only beef is that they forgot to take out the anti-theft thing and I set off every store alarm that I visited in the Super Mall for the rest of the evening. Fortunately, all the store people let me pass when they saw the Coach paper bag. They get uber-high marks for the deal that I scored that day: $261.00 off from the original 398.00. Uh, that totally cancelled out the hard feeling of setting off all the alarms. Also, they allow you to take discounts off the clearance stuff also. I was here a week ago while they had 50% off on all sale and regular price 70% on clearance plus additional 10% total purchase price, I was pretty excited the Caucasian lady helped me was very nice very knowledgeable and very professional I like her demeanor after all said and done I waited to pay my merchandise the person that rang up my items was a nightmare, she didn't say a word she made me feel like I was bothering her it was awful, i asked for gift box she didn't say a word she just put the box inside the bag. After I paid she didn't say thank you. But I did.... It was horrible..... I hate too see her back there again... But next time I come back I will ask for manager so they can coach her. DON'T waste your time or money my purse fell apart at the leather strap. The rude manager told me that to replace that was more than my purse cost in the beginning. She had absolutely no idea how much the purse cost. You get a better warranty and better customer service especially for the management by going to Michael Kors right across the hall. Excellent customer service. I was greeted by a smiling and very informative woman handing out 50% off coupons. Then I was left alone to browse until another woman asked if I needed help. She chit-chatted with me, answered my questions in a knowledgeable and friendly way, and then escorted me to the checkout aisle. At the register I was again attended to by a very friendly woman who let me take my time with my purchase. Received a purse as a gift. I guess the sensor was never removed and reactivated itself. So every time I went in and out of a store I set the alarms off. I thought it was a new coach wallet I had just bought online. I called and I asked them. They explained everything to me and where to look. I couldnt find it. So we went down to the store and within 30 seconds they found it. They were very nice and apology was given. I have been in the store many times and have been very happy with them. I have 6 or so purses. They have a wide range of prices for items. You can buy a umbrella on clearance for $20 or a beautiful leather purse for $300. The 50%-75% off sales are the best. Be prepared for the sales people when you walk in and set the alarms off. They are on that door. I think it is because of their location is right by the exits to parking lots on both sides. read more
