I'll admit, I was pretty nervous going in since I hadn't had a haircut in years. My hair is straight, flat, and typically hard to style, and I was hoping to add some volume and soft curls but wasn't sure what would actually work. Hanh immediately put me at ease with her warm, funny, and welcoming personality. She's genuinely so kind. During the consultation, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped refine my ideas into something even better. I walked away feeling confident and excited instead of anxious. I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she didn't just match them--she completely exceeded them. She absolutely nailed the look, even better than I imagined. I've been to about 4 other hairstylists/salons prior to this one. Some I've spent years going to and for one reason or another (Examples: cut my hair shorter than I asked, felt like they hated their job, price was insanely high) I left them. Thank goodness for Kinzie! I came in with lighter colored hair and wanted to go back to darker/closer to roots. Kamie is extremely thorough in her craft and really goes above and beyond to make sure her client is happy and satisfied with their hair. She is super easy to talk to and having a conversation with her makes the time go by so fast! I also love how bubbly she is!
