Was told to have a seat. Being that I'm 8 months pregnant, went to the bathroom, upon returning, overheard other beauty technicians saying that Shana actually was not there. Instead of telling me directly, they chose to look the other way - literally - no eye contact. There was a loud "Is somebody missing? Shana? Is she missing?" but no one even addressed me directly. Unprofessional would be a compliment - in fact it would be an insult to unprofessional people to use the same term!
