I had to go back in to have hihhlights redone and that turned out but damaged hair. And root tap turned a darker red color. Go again to have root done but still off. They said wait 8 weeks. 8n meant8me use products to fade root. No offer to atleast refund the root. Now I have damaged hair, curly are dried out and root did'nt fade for quite some time. And never the rite tone. I didnt want to go back after all of that. I wish would of just got refund from the start, they never offered that. It took just over a year to get my hair healthy again. Never had so many root corrections and never correct. Finally went to someone new at different salon and they fixed all of it in 1 visit, including the cut now I dont have 3 cuts in 1 is what new stylist said.

Kelsey is affiliated with TIGI Professional, and because of this she is always up-to-date on the latest coloring styles and techniques. She regularly travels to workshops to learn from the best stylists in the country. She is also incredibly astute at understanding what I want done with my hair, and always gives helpful feedback prior to cutting and coloring.
