Me and my daughter stopped in for a pedicure before getting on our cruise ship tomorrow. My daughter is very sensitive and likes the least amount of touching. They were super accommodating to her needs. I on the other hand like it done with all the feels. The tech that I got was super good. They did us SOOOOOO dirtyyyy in a nail salon....on the corner... Charged me 300$ when I told them I wanted thee most BASIC THINGS!! ‍ When I was younger they used to charge 18$ for a full set... Now it's $90!?! Each,, PLUSSSS TOES!?! whhhyyy? Is it so expensive now!? They literally have the same stuff from temu that I have at home... Just for Nati and I, not even Emalee My other daughter ...Anddd they did NOT ask me if I wanted gel! They just used it and charged me for it anyway... They even left a hair in one of my nails and didn't care ... I gave her a photo, and she could NOTTTT draw the heart, so neither one of us, even get what we wanted and they were LUMPY NOT SMOOTH! Absolutely obsessed with the new manager, Nancy! After 20 years of doing acrylic nails, she converted me to gel builder for a more natural look and healthier nails. I genuinely couldn't be happier. It's hard to give this anything more. I got a gel mani and pedi. Sure they took me in quick on a random Tuesday. I am not a fan of the technique of applying the polish. I got the deluxe pedi. Barely pushed my cuticles back or buffed my nail bed. Same with my nails in my hand. I had to tell the woman to cap my nails only because I remembered that's an important step to gel polish lasting as it's intended. She had no clue and barely did it. Then she filed pain after it was cured. I'm just not a fan. I hope these last at least a week. read more

Hi made a review and this place okay me and and my step mom went and the lady doing her toes burnt her twice with the hot stone and scared her 3 times with the drinmel for nails and cut me 2 times and the lady was mad at us for drying our hands after worst service ever I put pictures up that were my step moms and they look a trash she payed 65 for them and my hand was good the first 2 are my step moms and she asked for tips not the whole finger. read more

Called at 9am for a 9:15 appointment. Was asked to come in at 9:45 instead. Ok. I arrive at 9:45 and am the only client there. Four workers. One client. Mmmm. Why did I need to wait an extra 30 minutes? I was asked FOUR times by three different people if I wanted a pedicure after I said I wanted a dip manicure. Annoying. Ana, a young woman who did my dip powder manicure, did not put any cuticle softener on my nails before she painfully scraped them back. Ouch! When she was using the rotating file on my nail, she was pretty heavy-handed and made two of my cuticles bleed. She was also the only one of the four employees answering the phone, adjusting the music and answering her cell phone. The other three people were curled up in pedicure chairs sleeping or watching their phone. My manicure turned out LOOKING nice, but I left with two painful cuticles. The shop is tired and somewhat dirty - the floors needed cleaning, old and faded rugs, worn office chairs... If you're okay with all of the above, the end product is fine. It's just getting through all of it that wasn't fun. read more

I'm a hairdresser, I'm picky about my feet, and my pedicure was fantastic! Not only did she massage each leg more than two minutes; she gave me a couple of massages. Gel nail polish came out fantastic as well. My feet looked BAD after cleaning up from flooding. They look like new feet!! They waxed my brows too, no pain. FYI, those hot rocks don't burn you.its impossible basically. Maybe some people are just caught off guard by really warm rocks. I had a gift cert and never been here before. my pedicure was basic, very basic $60. my rub time was less that 2 mins per foot. I was not impressed with the cleanliness, they had gnats flying around and the entrance had dead bugs everywhere. read more

I come here to get my eyelashes done by Jenny. I have to say, I have not seen anyone who does it for cheap. $45 for a refill? Seriously? Yaaaas, lol. She is so friendly and patient. And they end up looking really well. I get compliments all the time. That being said, I will say, I do not enjoy the actually eyelash experience. And I don't think it's her fault, but probably my eye sensitivity. First, the adhesive on the guard for my lower lashes irritate my eyes and they start to water. It takes her almost 15 minutes just to get that right. and once she gets the eyelashes on the aroma of the glue continues to make my eyes water. She is having to constantly separate my extensions to keep them from clumping. When I leave my eyes are red. But the next day, they are beautiful. They really stay on there. So even with my frustrations with the irritations from the glue, she does an exceptional job, at a very good deal. Only costed me $80 for the initial. read more

I mean honestly I'm pretty disappointed.. my wedding is tomorrow, my nails hurt from the color being changed and needing to be filed off and reapplied. My cousins cuticles got cut. My nails are still burning and it's been 5 hours. Every nail is a different length. I have crooked nails. And I'll have to attempt to fix them myself before tomorrow. Which is fine. I'm not sure the name of the girl who did mine but she was sweet and apologetic, I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed and wanted to leave because I was in so much pain. read more

I asked for acrylic nails with regular polish & thats what i got. When i sat down in the chair i noticed some tools & even a lotion bottle that was just looked absolutely disgusting. Anytime he used a tool, it was dirty & had nail shavings from the last person which is very unsanitary. As he was putting my nails on i noticed some were crooked, so i pointed it out to him & he said "its fine", which they were clearly crooked. Also, he was so rough on my nails & i felt like he was rushing to do them for some reason. He was using the drill so fast & it hurt very badly. He didn't have me wash my hands to get the nail shaving off whatsoever. The shape on one hand doesn't match the other & i'm not very happy with them at all. I don't recommend going here if you're looking for a clean, excellent nail salon. read more

I probably would have given this nail salon a 4 star had it not been for MeMe. I was the only African American in the salon getting service. She was very rude to me, appeared to be nice to everyone else there. She just pointed at the seat that she wanted me to sit in then walked off. She had a very angry look on her face and demeanor. I asked her if she was ok. She replied yea I'm fine". All of the other clients were looking at her and the way she was treating me. I think that they were just as appalled as I was. The entire experience was horrible. MeMe definitely needs a customer sensitivity class. I will never go back. Visiting for the Lonestar Rally. read more

I hate giving bad reviews, but either I got the wrong people or wanted the wrong service but it really was awful. I had a pedicure, which was ok, even though there were some cuticles snipped a little deep, but the girl who gave me a dip manicure should not be doing dip manicures. She used the electric file so much she had my fingers sore in places when she got off the nail, and my nails are so thick they look ridiculous, plus there is residue on the edges, etc. etc. etc. If I had time, I would go back and just have her take it all off, but unfortunately I don't. These people may be great for regular manicures and pedicures, but I definitely would advise against a dip. It was just not a good experience and there wasn't even a good feeling from the people there. I'm sorry, but I definitely won't be going back. read more

Came in for a dip manicure and they didn't even clean up the sides of my nails and they're super lumpy. My friend also got French tip and it's more like 1/2 and 1/2. Would only recommend for a simple pedicure or polish on nails, only if your skin isn't sensitive...watch out for your cuticles.. read more

I never had loyalty when getting my nails done. But I do now. I will go back to Aqua Nails at every opportunity. Their facility is very large and if they cannot start on you right away they get you checked in and in a seat regardless. They offer complimentary beverages and pretzels. The man at the front desk is incredibly friendly and remembered me after just two visits. They are up to date on the latest styles. My friend got the best stiletto acrylics she has ever had (by Rikki). And when we came in the next time, she got awesome blood drip nails even better than the Pinterest picture. The hot stones with the pedicure were delightful and I love my cat's eye manicure. read more

From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We both got a manicure and pedicure, and everything was wonderful. My manicure was done by Miss Elaine, and she did an incredible job! I showed her an inspiration photo, and she matched the color perfectly while making sure I loved the shape, length, and color throughout the entire appointment. I'll definitely be requesting her again! I also loved that they handed us a drink menu as soon as we sat down for our pedicures, with everything from beer, wine, and cocktails to plenty of non-alcoholic options. I haven't been to a salon in a long time that offered little extras like that, and it really made the experience feel special. The massage at the end was the perfect finishing touch! Overall, they definitely earned two new loyal customers. We will absolutely be back, and I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality experience!

November 4, 2021…read more FIRST IMPRESSIONS... DONT SEE Liam It's been years since I've been here. I like to support local businesses so, I share the love and return; today that was a mistake. Appt at 1pm w/Mr Liam for full set and pedicure. Note: when I made appointment I said what I wanted then. I walked in at 1 and every tech had a customer...NO ONE acknowledged me; I just stood there. After a few minutes, I spoke to the only gentleman I saw working and asked if he was Liam? He smiled and said nothing. I stood there longer and since no one directed me to a chair, I went and used Walmart's RR. Came back...STILL NO acknowledgment or direction. Literally, not one staff member said anything to me, so I went to pick color for toes. I was kinda wondering what was wrong; I didn't look my best so did they think I was a bum or something?!! Anyways, I looked at the one area where the color was (not a big selection) and several of the bottle caps had caked on paint and couldn't be opened to test. After I found a toe color, I stood there again and STILL no one assisted or spoke to me. So, I asked the techs, where did they want me? (pedi chairs had no cup holders and the arms were dirty) A few minutes later, a young guy came out from the back area to do my pedicure. I relaxed but, I was just NOT feeling the love or appreciation as a (new) customer. I felt discriminated against, for lack of a better word. Before pedicure was done, Liam came over, smiled and started removing my old set. Told him I wanted acrylic color powder and a new set. He smiled. Pedicure guy told him what I said (I think??) When I got to Liam's station, I asked if he had a darker nail color from the one I had picked (mind you, I only had 1 pallet to choose from) I wanted a color to match my feet? He looked at feet and brought me 1 another polish that was basically the same color as I had. Soo, no color match for me today. (first time in 25 years that has happened) after Liam was filing, I noticed he wasn't putting a new set on, so, I asked if he was going to? He spoke to a tech and she said, you want overlay? I said, no mam I told him new set "color" acrylic powder. 2 very nice nail tech ladies had to translate more to him and it was all very awkward and uncomfortable. One of the ladies said, "you had gel before and that's what he do for you." So, now, it's too late to do "acrylic powder" so, I'm stuck with a gel color that doesn't match my toes. I was like, now, I'm just fed up but I keep my emotions in check and say, I'm sorry, no mam...I never once said, gel or overlay. Immediately after. , Liam got more aggressive with my hands. Still never speaking to me directly so, I stayed quiet until the next step was needed and then I had the ladies translate the shape I wanted AND to clean the paint off the sides when he was done. Well, because he seems to be in his feelings...instead of using the paint remover and brush to get paint off cuticles, he got the large emory board and filed the paint off the sides...which CUT a few cuticles and hurt. I'm just about to cry because...I want to leave. But, before he finished I told him, thank you. I don't know why I did that, I was just soo embarrassed to be there. When he was done w/me he abruptly got up and walked away. I went to counter to pay...every tech had a customer, so, he had to come back to check me out. He got the calculator and showed me $73; I said I think it's $68? (new set $40 and basic pedicure $28) See photo He said nothing. The lady heard and confirmed $68. I tipped $10 Other notable negatives: 1) the staff doesn't clean/wipe "nail" tables off after each customer. 2) pedicure chairs don't have drink holders and are not wiped down after each customer. Non communication. Cuticle cuts. Paint left on fingers. Tried to over charge. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

if I could give a 0 stars I would! This was probably the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had! The lady I believe she went by Anna didn't file my nails before applying polish and didn't clean up my cuticles either. After painting my nails she filed and then did little cuticle work, no pushing them back or anything. My nails were very uneven and jagged when she said she was done. When she said she was done I asked her if she could straighten my nails and maybe soak my hands in water and then clean up cuticles, she then proceeded to speak in their native language loudly to all the other employees in the room and they laughed. When she finished cleaning up my cuticles for the second time she said look how much cuticle I got off and I said yes hence as to why I wanted them cleaned up again. The man that did my pedicure was not any better! When you pay extra for the the deluxe and there is absolutely no foot massage or anything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Last thing, this is also definitely not the cleanest nail salon, used cotton balls on the floor I'm pretty sure she used a used towel bc it has nail shavings on it. Gross! read more

This salon does NOT clean their tools; there are brushes at the sink and in the bathroom that sit in some kind of liquid that everyone uses and puts back. Pika used my dirty toe water to clean ALL tools used on my pedicure. The bowl used for the pedicure was NOT disinfected after She had to redo the color because she used white polish first to paint my toe nails yellow; it was all clumpy. She couldn't put my flip flops on after she was done. Ugh! $30 for basic Lynn was very accommodating but the tools she used were NOT clean either; no change of drill tips or cleaning of drill bits. The emery board was beyond old. She had to redo a new nail because it was on crooked. They charge you $10 for each 3D nail design on finger. Really? Because putting a glob of paint is more expensive than painting a design! Nope. Same thing if not easier. (Should just be $5 each) They gave me a new set when I told them I just wanted to soak off the old color and put a new dip color, when I noticed they both acted like I didn't tell them this. Lynn and Pika didn't clean excess paint off from edges after and I was tired of telling them what to do. $70 nails After nails were done, I had to wait 10 minutes for Lee (owner) to do design; she is real nice 2.45 hours later... I'm done $100 for this service plus tip.. PLUS $3.30 service fee for using credit card Hahn will be the tech I see next. Personable.
