I won't be coming back, and I definitely won't be recommending this salon to anyone. Unless they want to leave with worse split ends than when they came in or a sore scalp from having their hair pulled for 30 minutes because no detangler was used while brushing. I asked for a butterfly cut, which is simply layers with face-framing bangs. They quickly assured me they could cut my long hair, but I was not expecting this outcome. I specifically asked for a V-shaped cut in the back and instead received an uneven U-shape. The stylist didn't even use proper thinning shears. Instead, she used dull gold scissors, which I believe contributed to my botched haircut. I've also never had a stylist shampoo my hair, immediately blow-dry it pin straight, and then cut it. She complimented my natural curls, yet styled my hair completely straight with no volume, making it difficult to see how the cut would actually look with my natural texture. I walked out thinking, "Did that really just happen, and why did I tip this lady $15?!" Hopefully that tip goes toward buying better, sharper shears. I found out what her schedule was and actually stopped into the salon to meet her and to talk to her about what I was looking for show her pictures like I did the lady before and discuss what she could do. I felt confidence after speaking with Shannon and made an appointment for the next day. I showed up for my appointment a few minutes before and when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and. Good morning,which actually made me feel comfortable. Shannon sat me down and we discussed what I wanted and.... Didn't. Through the whole process we talked , and she took her time and wasn't at in a hurry. Shannon really made me feel comfortable and at ease. When it was all said and done. I am Very happy!!! I definitely will be back and i highly recommend Shannon the the other ladies. The shop was clean and organized. I was offered a water or coffee which was nice!

My highlights bled and instead of fixing all the bleeds individually like she should've, she completely panicked and covered all my new highlights with permanent brown dye which has now turned orange! On top of that she over toned my hair which is white now with purple stained in the white from using purple shampoo!! I cried for 4 days! She ruined my hair cause she was in a hurry to go on a date instead of finishing the job with integrity. When I reached out to the salon owner Melissa she got angry cause she didn't want to fix someone else's screw up and not get paid. She was mean, rude and acted like this was my fault! She is the owner and it's her responsibility to keep the clients happy, but she did not care about this or how it affected me. She said she could squeeze me in between appointments to fix it without even seeing it first!! I had another color specialist look at my hair this weekend and she was shocked that a hair stylist of 30 years could make such a horrible mistake.
