The other worker tried to fix her mistakes, but I was left with thin, painful eyebrows that I absolutely hate. On top of that, Anusha shouted at me while I was paying and told me never to come back. This was not just bad service -- it was humiliating, unhygienic, and painful. Truly the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Avoid this place at all costs. On my final visit, I paid over $275 (before gratuity) for partial highlights with a Level V stylist. The color itself was beautiful, but I was surprised by the limited amount of highlighting performed and later shared photos with the stylist showing a few noticeable gaps in color. The issue appeared minor and seemed easily correctable. Instead of being invited back for an evaluation or correction, I was told the issue was related to the quality of my hair and was advised to take a collagen/biotin supplement and come back in a few months. None of these concerns about my hair were communicated to me during my appointment. Even more disappointing was the lack of follow-through from management. After I reached out, I was told the matter would be reviewed and that I would receive a follow-up. That follow-up never came. A few months later, I declined a future appointment and explained why--again, I received no response. My biggest disappointment was how my concerns were handled afterward by both the stylist and management. A disappointing appointment can often be resolved. A lack of communication and accountability is much harder to overlook. For that reason, I've chosen not to return.

I think I made her angry by asking because all of a sudden, the appointment I wanted for tanning was gone. There are several tanning areas to chose from. I will give my loyalty and money to someone else.
