Masks were required, my temperature was checked, hand-washing was required upon entry, no one was allowed to wait in the waiting room, and Arianna also wore a face shield while cutting my hair. She helped turn what was a bit of a nerve-wracking experience into something that made me feel great. Arianna is also very thorough and great at sussing out what you want for your hair - we had a chat beforehand to make sure we were on the same page.
