I was way overdue Nivea chose the perfect color, just dark enough with a few contrasts , and light enough to blend with my gray if I wait as long. Just long enough to pull up or back, lots if fun layers to go full and curly, or, as Nivea blew it out straight, smooth and silky, I didn't look up til she was finished, at the same time another patron said you should have done a before and after. I'm enjoying the layers for my very round face, self conscious for weight gain There are some around cheek high I love to give a bit of curl to, very feminine soft look , while I have an exactly even length , I like that there's layering there to give a feeling of fullness to my thinning hair, there's a lot of ways to style it or just scrunch and let dry The layers are exactly what I try to describe but never get, thank You Nivea! The color is also summer perfect, healthy shine Somewhere between blond and Lt brown, you nailed it. And very pleasant. Perfect ambience to throw out a welcome comment, or do my puzzles look up to see a better version of myself I was genuinely impressed with the caring service, at a very reasonable price , even my quiet neighbor commented when I got home.! Elaine then proceeded to roughly chop 6 inches off; she then trimmed about 4 more on top of that. Elaine straightened my hair before trimming it, complained my entire appointment about how my hair was too long, too thick, and was consistent in telling me she hates doing young peoples hair and was only doing mine considering my first stylist couldn't make it to work that day. This place looked professional, however Elaine completely ruined my long hair; gave me a chop shop cut and just butchered the ends; not only did she do a horrific job but she was rude and whined the whole time as well. Do NOT go here. Absolutely horrific experience. My 1 1/2 years of hair growth is completely gone and my hair cut is horrible. Elaine should be fired and they should work on their customer service. It was honestly just unacceptable and Elaine should not be cutting people's hair, ever. I'm warning you, DO NOT GO TO ELAINE. Mean lady and horrible at her job. Hey guys this is an update after many months since I got my haircut-- It's finally at the length I originally asked for it to be at when they cut it because they cut it so short it's just now grown out to what I asked for!
