I went for a gel manicure and when the technician was cleaning up the perimeter of my nails she was quick and tough. 5 of my cuticles/side of nails ended up bleeding because she was so fast about it and was ripping actual skin off rather than clean up. It was quite painful and a day later the skin is raw. The manicure itself did come out well though read more

Tried getting appointment last minute was told they were full, so I called another place. A man called back later stating they will be able to take me. When I entered there was no sign with prices. The nail color choices were few. I sat and waited at the pedi chair. My pedi was done by Lyn. Efficient and very quick. We're I in a huge hurry that would've been very helpful. When I made the appointment I asked for a mani/pedi. All I got was a pedi. As I waited they began cleaning up. I realized there was no manicure. I also needed a eyebrow lip wax but I'd get it elsewhere. When I began requesting appointment the man there said to Lyn that I needed one. I could see how annoyed she was as she rolled her eyes. I said it was ok but then she insisted. She began waxing. The wax was a little too hot. I've done hundreds of waxings a and no one Has ever had an issue. Standard wax then clean up a bit with tweezers. Lyn complains you're hair is too thick. I said nothing. She finished and I saw they were uneven. I asked if she could please even them out. She huffed you want me to do this again? I said no just use tweezers to even it out please. Lyn did but she physically hurt me. She dug the tweezers into my skin three times before I said I'm all set and walked out of the room. She followed me out startled and seemed surprised. I think she realized what she had done and worried I'd report her. I did not I simply told the man there I was all set wanted to pay and go. He seemed concerned. Lyn proceeds to explain in her language then tries to speak to me. Trying to convince me that she had to because my hair was too thick. I guess I looked like someone whose never had eyebrow waxing done before. See if I could give zero stars I would. I did not have to go there I had another appointment set elsewhere. I only went because they called me telling me it was ok to come and they could do this. It seems the owner said yes but Lyn said no and she chose to take her anger out on me. No apologies just excuses. It's not ok to hurt someone. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

My go to salon! As a local, I have been coming to this salon for over 8 years now and I am always pleased with the service I receive. The staff is friendly and has great attention to detail. I never have had to wait more than 5 minutes as a walk-in, but I also always recommend making an appointment if there's is a particular time I am hoping for. The price of a mani pedi was higher than I expected but they give you the whole shebang... A ten minute leg massage, hot rock massage, paraffin wax on hands and feet... So it ends up being ok. I have gone there a couple times and the first time I was happy but this most current time I had gone they rushed through my nails and in the light they looked very bumpy and not smooth if that makes any sense.
