However I spent over 200 dollars for what looked like only a haircut. I was told highlights might not take because of the box dye in my hair and as much as that was disappointing to hear i would never expect to have my roots a completely different color than what i walked in with. I explained to Gabby the stylist that after i washed my hair my roots were ridiculously light and needed to be fixed whether it was for free or discounted. To my surprise i was blamed for not using salon quality shampoo. no one in the salon informed me that my hair would be completely stripped by using my regular shampoo as well as not even attempting to tell me that there was a chance my hair would have bands after washing it. Instead of Gabby telling me herself she had to get a different stylist to tell me that they can not fix what they did and that our attitude was not okay. Everyone in the salon is beyond rude along the prices being ridiculously high for them to fix the mess they made. By far the worst salon experience.

That only took 15 mins when I should have gotten a half an hour.. the she moves on to my face, she never wrapped my hair in a towel, she literally just slopped the gel on my face, moved the wand I will call it, fastly on my face, getting gel all in my hair..and that only lasted 15 mins..when I was supposed to get half an hour..she gave me some spiel on how she likes to see how people tolerate the treatment...I was doing just fine...when you pay for what is advertised you should get just that...so when I get up she takes a measurement again but goes higher up to make it appear I lost some inches, mind you again this was not the area she was working on..it was above my C-section that she was working on. And as far as I know your body takes weeks for treatment to work etc ..then I go and pay her with my care credit card and she says to me."can I take a picture of this because I forgot my machine at home...". Really? What professional leaves it at home.....? I texted her later and asked her to erase my credit card and give me a receipt. She never even mentioned giving me one...my guess is she must have known I probably wouldn't be back...the place was cold, the secretary never even looked at me,and she wasn't even there when I left..she acted like she didn't even want to be there....my guess is if you have a coupon or a special going on and she thinks you won't be a repeat customer, then She will hurry you along...SAVE YOUR MONEY..

Then I got a message on their useless app saying there was an insurance problem. I don't have insurance and I've told them this several times before. They are also rude when they finally answer the call. I left months ago and went to Rite Aid and never had this problem but Rite Aid went under and guess who got all their patients? Yup so back in their circus. Last month my prescription was 5 days late and was told first come first serve. The app is useless because my medication is a controlled substance. And people wonder why some folks turn to the street for their medication. I wouldn't do that but I certainly understand why some do.

The place and employees were also clean and well put together, in their 30s and appropriately dressed but you could tell they woke up in the morning and looked in the mirror, put on a reasonable outfit, did their hair etc etc... Hadn't been on the area for awhile and stopped in on my way back from the airport recently. I was assigned a 60 year old woman who was wearing an old pair of sweatpants, dirty gym shoes, had what I would describe as bed head, and about 15 minutes into the massage I realized it wasn't a mildew smell from the shower I was smelling rather she stunk like a week old wet towel. The massage was ok, she tried and was nice but just wasn't very good at it. Place has obviously gone downhill. To the owners - appearance and hygiene matters for this sort of close-contact business. You need to make sure all your employees are properly trained in massage and are putting themselves together for work, ie showers, hair, dressing reasonably and not like a bum. Simple stuff.
