I've found HD after shopping at Publix one day. I was so happy because it's so close to home. I've been coming now for almost 7 years. I always say I'm a client of the shop because I love everyone there and have had several of the stylists take care of my hair. All of them work so wonderful and this allows anyone to come at any day or time and know that whoever is there can take care of your hair. But I love Neisy. She is truly the best. I always tell her that she's my Doctor. I love how she does my hair. I was just there yesterday and when I got to work everyone was telling me how great it looked. Licy does my manicure and pedicure every couple of weeks and has helped my nails get healthy and strong. So different from when I first showed up. She is Incredible! Thank you so much for everything. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this Salon, I went for a hair trim and blow dry, first of all I was overcharged but never received a credit for the difference and thats fine. When the hair stylist finished, my hair looked great and a nice blow dry, however as we all know the hair if it has some type of flaws it wont show till the hair set, that afternoon I started seeing how my hair was standing up and then noticed that the right side had more volume than the left, which I had addressed her about this issue (not going to mention names) I always have more hair on the right side. I had to call that afternoon and was told that I had to have the cut corrected by the same person, but her hrs on the w/days were impossible for me, spoke to the mgr and she told me to go in and someone else would help, honestly the one that helped me seem to be really good, however something did not go right, because when I got home that side was now shorter than the other and sticked out like a sore thumb, my hair has never been the type to stand up, I have excellent hair and has the ability to hide flaws, but this flaws were too much. I am not going to disclose everything that took place relating to this incident.. Sometimes this things cant happen, as we are not perfect, but the handling could use some improvement. This Salon is very presentable, so if u going to go be cautious when u have your hair done as they have cameras and they will tell you that it shows that u left happy.....But they are not counting that hair must set before u can tell if it was cut with no flaws. read more

Terrible :( I just had the worst haircut of my life. I am writing this to prevent a tragedy from occurring to someone else. The man said he did layers, even though I wanted straight hair he convinced me and I'm absolutely butchered. A 5 year old ok tiktok could have done better! He spent a surprisingly quick time too which should have been a red flag. I will have to find someone to fix this quick because I can't go out in public with my hair down. Besides that they don't offer you coffee, they make it and drink it in front of you but don't offer their guests, so rating poor in salon service too. Two years ago this place was good, but not anymore. Like, my face bangs are longer than my back layers. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a salon first I explain to the hair stylist exactly how I wanted my hair to be cut she absolutely did the opposite kept telling me that she knows that she knows ‍. I wanted to my hair shorter in the back longer in the front but perfect in the front meaning the cut to be perfect well while I'm explaining to her that if she pulls my hair all back it's not going to be perfect in the front she was going back-and-forth with me I let her do her thing and this is my end results a uneven haircut! I was over charged the last time by a man that did my hair and paid it anyway. This time I clarified with the owner what the charges would be. After agreeing the owner started to complain about me in Spanish to the staff and other clients. I made an appointment online and upon arrival, the lady didn't speak English and couldn't find my appointment. She continued to speak Spanish to me despite me telling her I couldn't speak Spanish. I walked in here months ago, as nervous as can be, and was drawn to her by her curtesy and information filled mannerism. I usually get my haircut here, and have never had an issue. I felt a little rebellious and decided to go for the ombre look. I took a picture of the exact color I was going for and explained in perfect Spanish (since the lady didn't speak a word of english). I essentially asked for sun kissed hair. My hair now looks like the sun had a personal vendetta against it. Last time I checked, when you ask for light brown/honey, it wasn't platinum blonde. There is subtle fade into the ombre. Just big, ugly chunks of color. To top it off, I asked for some of my bangs to be a little lighter so that I could have some dimension. Before I could look up, she was adding bleach to my roots. I'm not a high maintenance girl. I've never been a fan of the idea of having to come back to "touch up" my hair every few weeks. Needless to say, after she bleached it, the "light brown/honey" color I requested wasn't holding. 40 minutes later, my bangs are orange. They could clearly see I wasn't happy. They told me as I was leaving, that they can darken my bangs if I wanted, but it would cost me. On what planet do you charge for YOUR botched job? In any case, I was very disappointed with the entire thing. I won't be going back. read more

I visited the salon two weeks ago and Ruben washed my hair and did a blow dry. I liked his work so yesterday I called to see if he was available and told me he was too busy but that he could give me an appointment for the next day at 4:00pm. Today came and I was running late so I called to let him know that I was going to be 15 min late. I got there and he was not done with his previous appointment and asked me to wait. He cut the lady's hair and did a blow dry. When he was done he called me and washed my hair during that time his next appointment showed up and told me that he was going to wash her hair and asked me to sit on his chair. He finished washing her hair and came up to me and asked me to move to the other chair because he was going to do her hair. Not only he did her hair but also went to do her make up. Two hours later and I was still sitting there with my damp hair wrapped up in a towel waiting for him. I finally decided to get up and left. It was a total lack of respect to me as a person and as a customer. I'm totally disappointed by him; he seemed very professional at the beginning. Never going back!!!! read more

One word: HORRIBLE. I went in to get my roots touched up and the hairstylist insisted I try the ombre. I did of course, and the end result was horrifying. This woman has literally split my hair in two - one top half and one bottom half. She then put the bottom half in foils and bleached them, while dying the top part another color. The end result was having the top half of my head black, and the bottom bleached blonde. I literally had a line dividing my hair from black and blonde. She RUINED the tips of my hair leaving them broken. For a week at home I saw my hair fall and break just from softly brushing it. At the end, I told her she had done a horrific job and that I was extremely unhappy. Her response was that she had been a hairstylist for over 30 years and she was sorry i wasn't happy. I still had to pay full price (no discount offered) and walk around for a week with my hair in a braid because of how BAD it looked. This is the WORST hair salon I have EVER been to and i DO NOTTTT recommend at all. read more
