When I got to the salon, I had a hard time finding it in the store, as it's in a hidden corner, and the sign isn't very big, but I got in pretty quickly once I found it. My stylist, Brittany, was really nice and conversion easily flowed for both of us. She did upsell me on a few things, but they were things I'd been considering getting anyway. She did a really great job on my hair and eyebrows. I would definitely come back if I couldn't get in at my usual stylist's salon (she's currently on maternity leave).

I showed her reference photos and even a photo OF MY OWN HAIR when i had gotten the same haircut a year earlier. the photos were of a bixie haircut with layers which is what I LITERALLY HAD just grown out. the length in the photos was CLEARLY mid neck and NOT under the ears like she gave me. all of the photos clearly had lots of layers and she barley gave me any even after i asked for them. Upon arriving on time, I waited 30 mins. no big deal. My complain is she gave my scalp a bad rash. One reason, there was no precaution in wrapping with foil. No petroleum jelly around my neck, and certainly, she left the color for 45 mins. Granted, she was a very young girl un - experience under 25 yrs old. To sum it up, I was in agony for 5 days my scalp was full of wet bumps, under my neck, was the same way. My face was all swollen. I didn't go back to let them know what had happened.
