Needs a 0. Ok, I rate POOR or EXCELLENT, HAIRSATIONS is ZERO!!! That pic with the doors open is a stock photo. My wife sent me here on Friday, got there at 11:20. The place was dark. Waited, waited. Left. Wife had been 2 times prior, at supposed "store hours" and the place was- DARK. Arrogant Owner who arrives as she pleases? Your day has come. Apparently, they carry two products my wife can't find elsewhere in the area for her mother. How can you run a business and open when you want to? Poor, poor business practices, do you care about your customers? I had errands to run and this was a huge, stupid snag. Making my wife visit many times to a closed door is reprehensible at best. (Another customer drove by and asked me what time they opened- we both laughed). Ridiculous. When businesses think they're the only gig in town, they do this move. We're ordering the products through a friend instead, and waiting for them in the mail. We're also letting people know to NOT waste your time at HAIRSTATIONS on Soledad. It's a crap shoot. Any Beauty Supply store out there reading this - you can put this place to shame if you get the same products, provide customer service or stay open when you say you will. Don't settle for this place folks, there are others out there. I was directed to this shop when looking for a long curly wig for a costume for my husband. They didn't have exactly what we needed and, unfortunately, we didn't have time to order one. Instead, the owner went over and above by taking time to cut a longer wig into the shape we needed, and then curling the parts that got a bit frizzy looking after the cut. I have not experienced any greater customer service anywhere in the Santa Clarita Valley! She helped quite a few customers while I was there and I was pleasantly surprised by how well she knew her stock. If she didn't have something, she always offered to order it for the customer. I've always said "the difference is in the details" Alicia is a great owner and she stands by her products. I bought some great hair from her a while back. I was instructed to wash and "air dry" the hair. Instead, I washed it and placed it in a dome dryer. Needless to say, it became tangled and matted. I panicked, called Alicia and she came to the rescue. She rewashed it, conditioned and combed out ALL of the tangles and air dried my hair in time for my stylist to put it back in...............at no cost. Finally found a mutli-ethnic beauty supply and wig shop in Santa Clarita. In fact I purchased 200 dollars worth of Indian hair that was not real. What kind of Indian hair burns when you take a curling iron on low to it ??? They sale hair products but they really help you, as to what exactly is it you need. They try a lot of the products for them self, and that's always good. Because then they can really tell you if that particular product works. I been with them for 3 years now and I always get VIP service. They even nick named me DIVA!! I love it. I think that they should change the name to " ONE STOP HAIR SUPPLY" Because you Will. I mean WILL!! find it all there. and if by any chance they don't have what you are looking for they order it for you. of course you would have the put 50% of the price down, and when it gets there they call you..
