I honestly couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! She took her time, listened to what I wanted, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. I left the salon feeling so happy and loving my hair! The owner was also amazing. He took the time to give me his advice and explain things to me, and I really appreciated that. One thing I noticed right away was how everyone works together and helps each other. It gives the salon such a positive, welcoming feeling. You can tell there is a real sense of teamwork there, and that says a lot about the people who work there. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Even the owner's mom was so sweet! I didn't get a chance to talk with her much, but she made sure I was taken care of quickly, and I really appreciated that. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed or like just another customer. They actually took the time to make sure I was happy and understood what would work best for my hair. And the funniest part is that I literally walked in only looking for a price quote and walked out with beautiful hair and a new salon I'm definitely coming back to! My hair grows out well and still looks good until I can get back into her chair.
