The entire service felt rushed, and I absolutely did not receive the time I paid for. The next day, after receiving an email asking for a review, I reached out directly to the owner (who was also the one who did my facial) to express how disappointed I was in the length and the quality of the service - less than 45 minutes and 15 minutes of that time I laid there with a mask on. Instead of acknowledging my concern or offering an apology, she insisted that I came early and that the facial was "exactly one hour," which is simply not true. I responded that I had proof -- including my meter receipt from down the block at 5:16 PM and my payment receipt from their business at 6:12 PM -- clearly showing the total time spent was under an hour. She was dismissive and mentioned she had already given me a 10% discount, but that was just their standard first-time customer promo and had nothing to do with this issue. She said she would send me before-and-after photos, as they would have timestamps, but she never replied back after that. I assume it's because those photos would confirm the service was far much shorter than claimed. Overall, the service was extremely rushed, and the owner's responses were unprofessional, and lacked any accountability.

It's not a full body massage, but they do work on the lower half of your legs, your feet, and briefly your arms and shoulders towards the end. You sit in a comfy reclining chair with a warm blanket over you and heated pads over your eyes and around your neck. It is a community room so you do end up sitting with strangers but every time I went it was with my mom and brother and only once we had to sit with a stranger. It honestly didn't bother me at all. My favorite reflexologist is Shadeed. His pressure is consistent and has great communication throughout the session. If you're like me and like a deep masage, he is excellent for that. At the end of your session they serve you tea and a butterfly cookie which I think is a really nice touch. The place is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The only caviat is getting appointments can be tricky so be sure to book in advance to get the time slot and day that you want.
