Anaïs is consistently professional, attentive, and efficient. He is a great representative of the business and truly enhances the overall experience. The lady at the food stand with the short hair is so rude. We spent a lot of money for my nieces birthday & she was just rude from beginning to end, even my daughter mentioned it. She kept rolling her eyes for the smallest things. Like bare minimum. Ew, never again. read more

Haja Rose Bowl is a bowling alley in Allentown located off of N 15th St. The alley features 36 lanes, an arcade, billiards, snack bar, pro shop, and even a nightclub. Best place for bowling in Allentown! With the price of $12.95 per person for unlimited games and shoes rental, you cannot find it anywhere cheaper than this. Went for a Sunday afternoon outing. With our grandson. We called ahead but no reservation was needed as it was not crowded. The price for 2 games was comparable with other places in our area. We did not eat there as we stopped previously to grab a bit. The place appeared clean but the longer I was there, the more I was glad I had my own hand sanitizer. The bowling balls were not sanitized. One could freely pick one off the shelf, use it and return it. Not wiping down was being done. No one appeared to be wiping off tables or any area around the lanes either. I saw no hand sanitizer. The only way to clean hands was with soap and water in the bathroom. Not that this is a bad thing but it would be nice to refresh your hands between without using your own stuff. The shoes appeared to be sprayed as usual. Sorry, we had fun and I tried not to ruin my families experience but felt like I constantly was chasing them with my little bottle of hand sanitizer and using it on areas around us. read more

We were planning throwing our birthday party here however due to Covid we couldn't. However, we did visit and bowl a few times to get the feel of the place. It's very well kept and lit. And while the building itself is old the inside is clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating and we had a great time! Definitely something to do in the winter months and year round! read more

These lanes are very consistent. I usually bowl well there. Bar is big. Game room. Concessions. I like it.

We went to the bowling side with my daughter last night. It was awful! We stood at the counter for what seemed ten minutes...no one served us cause no one was there! I went and asked the women at the snack bar...they were rude and basically told me they couldn't help me because they had no idea where the desk person was. They turned away and went back to the grill. I was appalled! At that point I picked up my daughter and we left, with her in tears. I go to Mixx for karaoke and the service there is impeccable. I will never go to the bowling area again! read more

Fun time, it gets busy but the staff keeps up. If you don't wait in line for your lane to be called they'll give it away.

They said they had lanes available and we arrived at the time stated and she said we had to wait two hours. We left with 4 crying children.

Good lanes, synthetic seems to allow for more consistent reaction than real wood lanes do which I like. The staff are generally friendly and have always been accommodating if you need to extend your time to finish a game. The bar isn't open until 5pm on Saturday's... which is weird and mildly disappointing but the pro-shop is very good and know their stuff. read more

I was coming there for years and then i stopped because they didn't always have a snack bar worker. when they did the worker would leave when she wanted and always on the phone. wasn't a good look dealing with food. I started to come back and there was sum changes which was with the snack bar and they had new workers and the food was to die for. The new lady they have working there really make sum good hot wing very well seasoned and as well as all the other food she makes. I have been there three times in to weeks and i haven't seen the lady that was making the hot wing just wondering if she will be coming back my family and i really miss her cooking please bring her back she was and is your best cook ever thanks......... read more
