The wrap was very thick in comparsion to the toppings and it could have used more sauce. The crepe on the opposite hand, was wet and soggy. I prefer when the fried dough still crispy inside, and it also could have used a little more sauce. Not sure if it was an off day as I heard some good reviews previously. The food court is a little run down but is nice and bright and has lots of seating. This is also one of two places that is open on a Monday. If I'm ever in the plaza, I would consider trying them again but perhaps order some different dishes.

My friend warned me about this, but it still happened anyway. The best dish had to be the chili oil noodles. I really liked the texture, width and flavours involved. There was just enough of a spicy kick without it overpowering the noodles and other flavours. I will definitely come back to have this again. I was so amazed at the skill and speed of watching hand-pulled noodles being made! They came from a small slab of dough in less than 60 seconds! You can choose from nine different shapes and sizes of noodles and watch someone hand-pull them through a glass window! So cool! This was a lot of food so I could only finish half and took the rest home. They have so many other dishes I want to try so I'll be back. Highly recommend!
