Absolutely horrible service! Walked in the day before to make an appointment for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures. We arrived on time and only one of us was waited on, as my feet soaked in the pedicure bath someone walked in without an appointment and they began her manicure. Very sweet and friendly team. Unfortunately I didn't like the fact their supplies didn't come out of sterilized packet. They used reused nail files and buffers. I'm used to nail salons that have brand new files and buffers. It's cleaner and hygienic versus sharing everyone else's germs. I opt for the deluxe pedicure and it's very important to rinse off the scrub and callus remover with fresh water not just dip in back in dirty soaked water and a hot towel wipes it off but it doesn't rinse it off completely. They don't use the little spray on the pedicure tub to rinse you off like most nail salons. When I asked them to rinse me off, they kindly did but they don't even use the spray so it sprayed my bad and left side. She apologized and it was totally fine, accidents happen. My biggest issues is the fact the callus remover gel is very strong and you have to wear gloves when you place it on. It's important to rinse that off but instead they had me place my feet back in the water and used the same water to place on my legs to add the sugar scrub. Again - why not use clean water? We pay for the service and all those chemicals is like double dipping , recycled water. The hot stone was super hot and the lady was trying to clean while rubbing the stone on my skin but she stopped moving the stone so it was burning my don't leg. As a massage therapist, you never stop moving the hot rock or it can burn the skin. They don't use a masque as part of the deluxe pedicure , they use some type of oil that smells like tiger balm or white flower. The paint job was basic and she missed the sides of my nails. They don't tell you they charge $1 to use your card. They just charge it. I gave 2 stars because they were nice at least. read more

On Friday, October 28th I walked into this salon without an appointment ~ actually just killing some time while my husband was on an errand. I never expected in almost 50 years of getting pedicures that I'd receive, without a doubt ~ the "absolute BEST EVER" pedicure in my life! But it was, and they deserve to be recognized for it. I'm upset I don't remember the technician's name but I remember what she looks like because I plan to return! And while it's not very hip as some salons go today, in the end that really shouldn't matter if you're just looking for a thoroughly professional, great pedicure. I've had pedicures in other countries where the work claims to be the best ~ well this technician delivered all that, and more! My feet were baby soft afterwards (still are 6 days later!), the hot stone massage was wonderful, and the polish looks as if it were done a few hours ago! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value **NOT FRIENDLY AND RUSHED PEDICURE!** I came in to have a pedicure, the nail tech (she has done my pedicure before) at at the front desk was very unfriendly. I then sat down to start pedicure and the older lady was not friendly either. I should have left but I thought I give them another try to support local business . As the older lady is started to due my pedicure , she was doing it backwards. She soaked my feet then massage my legs with oil/lotion ,then removed my nail polish and remove cuticle before she trimmed and filed my toe nails. The other front desk/nail Tech had to come and polish my nails because this lady just got up and started walking around like she didn't know what to do next. I felt unwelcome, rushed and the fact that they talk about you in front if you their language is horrible . If I could give this place no stars I would! very disappointed!!!! read more

Not the most luxurious of salons I've been to but I guess u get what you pay for I got the sea breeze pedicure which was really nice for $31. They do a regular trimming and polish then added scrub to legs oil and lotion massage to leg and feet with hot stones. Also they did a callus file and where polite. My chair stopped massaging half way through and I couldn't get it back on for some reason it died or something. I got my brows waxed for $10. They where good but a little overly shaped than I usually do back home but it's not bad. No wait was nice. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have 6 months old twins and I was so excited for a little relaxing get away with my mom. We went in for manicures and pedicures and walked out 25 minutes later, over $120 later. This was the fastest and worst job my mom and I have ever received. I walked in with my nails square shaped and perfectly even, just how I liked them...and without even asking, the lady doing my nails made them round and uneven. The nail polish is lumpy and and awfully done. My pedicure was over within 3 minutes. My mom got a manicure and was led to her pedicure chair maybe 90 seconds later. My mom chose to have one of their higher end, more expensive, pedicures and it was awful. Her toes are awfully shaped, the nail polish is ugly and lumpy, and the pedicure lasted about 8 minutes. We have never received manicures and pedicures in 25 minutes...and so awfully done. I am so incredibly disappointed and wish I did not leave a tip. I absolutely wasted my money at this place. They just lost great tipping customers as we will NEVER be back. read more

Made an appointment arrived on time. Staff is very friendly and that is much appreciated. Staff was very rushed and our pedicures were done in 10 minutes and very sloppy. No time in between for coats and smudged. Staff was in a hurry to get to the other customers. And we were left to scrape the excess off our toes by ourselves. This review is long long overdue This is a great place to go if you're in town. I took my wife here as a walk in customer a while back and we were greeted immediately by a very friendly person my wife said the foot massage was absolutely amazing. My wife's nails turned out beautifully I get to see my wife gets her nails done a lot in San Diego and this establishment has A better quality then I seen in many others. May-2021 Sabrina, did a full-set on me and they started to lift within a week. I went back to her and explained the situation, as I had pulled off two of the nail since they were almost all the way off anyways. She knew they were all lifting because she peeled back my nails almost to the tip to do a fill. She didn't care at all and then charged me an extra $8 to replace the two nails that had lifted. Almost a week goes by and my nails are lifting again. I went to someone else and was told due to the lifting I would need to do another full set. I would never recommend her to anyone. read more

Love this place!!! Staff and owners are very friendly. Great service and prices. I get the Sea Breeze pedi-I almost fall asleep with the foot massage and hot stones. I appreciate the disposable liners for hygiene. I also get gel polish mani with Sabrina and she does a wonderful job. My treat every 2 weeks!!! My mother-in-law and I stopped by today to get pedicures. It was a walk-in last minute. We got the sea breeze pedicure and it was amazing. It included a sugar scrub, hot stone massage, cooling gel, and hot towel treatment. It was super reasonably priced too. The facility was super clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. This place is horrible!!! I went there with my bridal party tonight and the mail lady didn't listen to what we wanted they didn't have anything and my nails along with my bridal party's nails turned out bad mine are sharp there was glue left everywhere on all our nails. I'm sooo mad because this is for my wedding so I'm really disappointed!!! I have to go home and fix our nails then on top of it they charged us for extra crap that they shouldn't have charged and made an excuse that is what for something else! Bullshit!!!
